   I’ve been using this app for over 5 years, but will love if they could figure out a way to convert the date system to where it won’t change the day, to the month, to me it’s a big issue because if I forget to correct it will go into a total different date, and then I won’t find the transaction if I need to go back. I have discussed the issue with the tech a couple of times but he doesn’t understand what I’am talking about. I don’t know if anyone else it’s having the same issue. Also would love for this app to give a itemized total value per category at the end of year for tax purposes also give the users more flexibility on to changing some aspects on the document settings. Other than that I totally love it.

2. 2/5Love the app (but always dealing with bugs)

   First off, I’ve used this app for over 5 years now and have paid for premium for the entire time. I absolutely love Billdu more than any other estimating app, and I’ve tried them all. My issues- it always seems to be bugged, new ones pop up, they take care of it and then new bugs come up again. It’s frustrating. The newest issue is that all my estimates keep getting deleted even after being saved. If they aren’t getting deleted, it will constantly delete the name of the person to which I’m doing the estimate for. I have to keep going in and typing the persons name in again and if I work on that estimate at all it will constantly keep asking me to input the name again that I already have saved into the program. It’s outrageously annoying and I wish there was a way for me to convey this stuff to Billdu but there’s no way to do that. Also, I’ve had a couple of times where I go into the app and all the estimates that I created in the last week are just gone. Deleted. I spend a lot of time working on these and it’s outrageously frustrating that they just get deleted. I figure that all the times the site is “down for maintenance” it will fix these issues, but I’ve been dealing with these issues for quite a while now with no update to fix. I’m now contemplating leaving Billdu and finding new software to use. I’d rather not, but I am still hoping that this can be fixed. Please fix this Billdu. 3 years ago the app was perfect and then after trying to add all this new stuff to the app, it just seemed to cause so many issues. Hopefully it can get fixed.

   So I was going to write a great review but I’m guessing Ai wrote a long one for me. Isn’t that kind of deceiving?While I do absolutely love this app I think it’s pretty slimy to have Ai write a long 5 star review for users. I do agree with this review below though. “LOVE this app! It makes my invoices look so professional. It lets you customize the invoices/estimates with colors, your business logo, signature, and many more options. The app is also SUPER easy to use. I can make a new client invoice in just a few minutes. Once you have your client’s info in the app, you can create and send an invoice in less than 2 minutes. It is definitely worth the price- plus, the price is a tax write off. A++++”

4. 5/5Best invoicing and estimating app.

   This is the best invoicing app I’ve tried. I’ve tried several others and use them for many months, and this one is the most natural and user-friendly app. The one flaw that needs to be resolved is that, when you’re creating a document, IT DOESN’T AUTO SAVE!! If you are in the middle of creating a document and you walk away to look up some information or something and come back to it, your document will be GONE if you didn’t manually save it before you stepped away. I can’t tell you how many times I spent an hour creating an estimate or an invoice with photos and descriptions of each step of a project and walk away for a few minutes and come back and the whole thing is gone. This is a major flaw, but with that, it’s still the best!

   Let me first start off by saying that this app has been great for me. In the past I used a form of excel (Smart Office) that I modified as a quick fix. This app is set up perfectly. The 3 things that I miss from the other was that I had the option to send outgoing mail through my gmail app which is more reliable than the standard iOS. Also I was able to send through iMessage, which helped with a few of my customers that don't check email frequently. The other being making an option for Net 10th which how most of my customers are setup. As of now I have just being doing the custom option and manual choosing the 10th of the following month. I know I'm being a little picky, but all of these greatly help me if you all could consider adding these options. I highly recommend this to anyone creating mobile invoices.
