  1. 5/5Finally something worth my time

Yes, the title is a pun, but I also mean it! I probably downloaded five or more different apps for take entries trying to find the right one. I ended up with this one because everything else I looked at was either too complicated for what it is, or something unnecessarily subscription-based. Time Squared is a wonderfully built mobile app. It looks amazing, works well, allows me to export spreadsheets of my timesheets and even specific collections of entries for projects. I am very pleased with the app's features and functionality, and compared to the alternatives, it's the best choice for tracking time entries on a mobile device, in my opinion. :)

  2. 5/5Straight forward, good service.

I have tried several apps for time tracking, this one stands out at the top of the list. It’s easy to use, and comes with extra features that I haven’t come across in other time tracking apps. It saves me time with the export feature so I can send along my hours to my employer with little hassle to me. Glad I found them!!

  3. 4/5Good app

Ability to enter separate projects with customize rates and all other details collected is great. It would be nice to be able to color coordinate project, but that’s a minor complaint. I don’t think I’ve used the app to its full capacity yet as I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks. But so far it does what I wanted it to and I’m happy with it. It is definitely better than the majority of other apps that I downloaded and ultimately removed.

  4. 5/5Great for individual time tracking for productivity or work!!

I was looking for an app that was easy to use for someone not tech-savvy for productivity time tracking. Time Squared is literally perfect for me as an individual. It is incredibly easy to use to punch-in/out, export time sheets, and assign the time to projects. I don’t have any need for location limitations and can change the time if I forgot to clock-in at the right time. It fits my needs perfectly. All the features I need are completely free and they don’t have pop-ups every time I open the app to upgrade. I’ve actually never had one pop up. There are ads that pop up after I clock-in sometimes, but honestly they’re 15-30 seconds long and not intrusive. I really enjoy Time Squared and highly recommend it to everyone.

  5. 5/5Small 1person business owner

Tried numerous apps for time tracking that but were all overly complicated and geared toward tracking employees. I own my own business and need a simple app to track my personal hours to help make invoicing simple. Overall the app works great for what I need other than one critique that I have: One Improvement suggestion: I suggest having the “Excel Summary” spread sheet automatically calculate the hours and minutes worked at the bottom of the hours worked column. As it currently stands it dose not calculate this column so when it comes time for me to create invoices for my customers I have to physically add up all the hours and minutes so I can show them tallied up at the bottom of the column. This simple formula correction/edit by App owner would make save me and possibly lots of other customers wasted time the the excel spread sheet is capable of adding up for us.
