  1. 5/5Harmonic and subordinate in “harmony” finally

I’ve long used tide apps or a quick google search to look up predictions for subordinate stations. And if a strong nor’easter came through on a high tide and I wanted to view the observed data from a real tide station, I’d have to go to NOAA Tides and Currents. I LOVE that now there’s an app that includes both that I can easily scroll around on a map to compare different stations to each other. Really nailed what I’ve been trying to find for a long time

  2. 5/5Better data collection = better results 🙌

As a waterman, many of my daily choices around activities rely on an accurate tidal readings. It’s great to be able to use an app that I can actually trust uses hyper accurate location specific data to inform its tide forecasts. I’ve been often underwhelmed by the many tide apps that pull from the limited geographical readings compiled by NOAA.

  3. 5/5Amazing data accuracy

if you are out on the water or affected by weather, this is the app for you. Data accuracy matters when trying to plan your day, especially when getting it wrong means you’re missing your set or run aground. very few apps can reach this level of sophistication, because very few apps own the hardware that is measuring the data.

  4. 5/5Nice interface to see tides in multiple locations

I live near the puget sound and have been using this app to check the tides for when is best to go clamming. Super easy to see predictions where I didn’t even know existed, and also to see live data to see how it compares to the forecast!

  5. 5/5Most accurate

With global climates changing, seemingly, year by year, using historical data to forecast is becoming increasingly inaccurate. Live, real time data provides me with an accurate picture of how to plan my outdoor activities.

Minor design updates to app icon and splash screen. Optimized first time startup speed.

  • 1.0.2

    - New settings page. Added the ability to change data types between imperial and metric, as well as the preferred datum type. - Fixed a bug which was showing a flipped graph for D2W graphs. - Added a small map screen on the station detail page to help discovery when viewing unfamiliar stations. And finally, we've added a [BETA!] feature which allows you to view more than one day of data at a time. Still trying to iron out the usability of it, but by rotating your phone on the station details screen (when you tap a station from the nearby/favorites list view) you'll now see 3 days of data side by side. Please provide some feedback with how this feels. Thank you for your support!
