5/5Fast, Affordable, and a Quality Product
Linq made me do something I’ve never done before. I contacted customer support just to find out where they would like me to leave a review. Because Linq is so far amazing (shout out to Barrett for directing me to the App Store to leave a review!) So, I run a small business and I really wanted NFC business cards. After some browsing I found Linq was one of the more affordable options so I ordered a custom-printed card. Standard shipping. Four days later it’s here and works great! The card works exactly as expected, just tap the phone to it and it scans. The app was so easy to set up and I want to order more cards. I don’t even have other employees. I just want more of those awesome cards. Four days?? For a custom printed product? Not to mention that the print looks very nice and the card feels like a good quality of plastic, not something that will break easily in my pocket. But four days is insanely fast, especially for such a great product and user experience. So five stars all the way, I’m extremely pleased with Linq and it looks like many others feel the same way!

5/5Sneaky cancellation practices? Edit: Not so sneaky
I tried to cancel this subscription 2 months ago. They make it so difficult to cancel. I tried the app and the web page, account management and nothing. I even went to my subscriptions page on my phone and it didn't show up even though i was charged TODAY. Seems to me they're banking on people downloading not using and then getting an extra few months out of them by making the cancelation process so hard. I STILL haven't been able to find a way to cancel it without canceling all my cards and getting new one. Sad business practices. Edit: apparently i signed up in a way that didn't store the subscription on my phone. Linq was VERY quick after this review to cancel refund and explain what had happened. The CEO even emailed me to make sure it was resolved. I assumed the worst out of a tech company and i ate my words. They did right bye me in the end.

5/5Innovative, Relevant, and Wildly Convenient
I work for a nonprofit community behavioral health clinic supervising a team of intensive services care managers. We serve several rural counties in our area which means one of my most important roles is building and maintaining community partnerships with schools, other behavioral health providers, physical health providers and specialists, juvenile courts, DCS and other social services entities, etc. Linq is my FAVORITE tool to aid me in these endeavors because of its convenience, reliability, and ease of access. This is a GENIUS concept. The developers as well as their customer service team are top tier. Excellent products and execution all around. Thank you, Linq, for helping me and my team make real impacts in the lives of our neighbors who need it most!

2/5Going backward with integration
I used to love the Linq platform as it allowed me to integrate with a lot of different other services and allow my brand to super see just the app, but in recent months, Linq has moved to having more and more of its services heavily intertwined with each other to force you to go with one of their plans Making it a hard cell for me to recommend this product for those other professional. You used to be able to click a button and take you to your actual phone number now Linq wants you to use their phone number which nobody I know has this phone number because I know my number making me have to take multiple extra steps to actually have my workflow work for me where this app is now starting to impede on my workflow because they want you to buy their subscription service to use their app. It’s sad as the app use to be great.

5/5Amazing!
I purchased a Linq Apple Watch Band and could not get it to activate on my account. I emailed customer service and was expecting to wait a couple days for a response. I had a response within a couple minutes! I now have the Linq business card as well as the watch band and love them both! No need to carry my old and outdated business cards with me anymore and explain to potential clients that “these cards are old and I had them before I made my website..my website is the same name .com”. That got old very quick and I no longer have to do that because everything is in one place! I have looked at a lot of different brands of cards before deciding to go with Linq and I’m happy that I did! You guys are awesome!
