   I recently heard about Blinq and decided to try it out. After all, my business is paperless with the exception of business cards. I have to say that I’m now 100% paperless and love the Blinq digital card! I even got a friend to try it out since he never has business cards with him. He’s also impressed. Since we refer business to one another, a great feature is the ability to share our cards via Apple Wallet. Now, we always have each others cards when referring business. Needless to say, I’m excited about the opportunities with our new digital business cards. Wish I had done this sooner!

2. 2/5Great Card, but Solopreneurs are Blocked from Automation

   The actual digital business card, custom branding, and AI scanning features on Blinq Premium are great and work well. However, the plan structure is incredibly frustrating for solo business owners and independent professionals. If you want to connect your card to Zapier, use webhooks, or automatically sync your newly scanned leads into your CRM (like GoHighLevel) to trigger follow-up drip automations, Blinq forces you to upgrade to their "Business" tier. The catch? The Business tier requires a 5-card minimum purchase. Forcing a single operator to pay for 5 seats just to unlock a basic API token or Zapier connection makes no sense. Competitors like Popl offer CRM integrations on their individual Pro tiers for a fraction of the cost. If you are a solo entrepreneur looking to build an automated marketing pipeline, you are better off looking elsewhere until Blinq stops gating basic integrations behind corporate team pricing.

3. 4/5Started well, then went sour.

   When I first got it it was great and was an easy and useful tool for networking. But when I got a new phone it went down hill fast. First my contacts wouldn’t load on the app, then the app itself would not load my card. I tried uninstalling and the reinstalling the app multiple times but does not have a way to load your previous information/card so when I tried to remake the card it would say “sorry an error occurred” or something like that. I sent an email through the help center and have not received any response a month later. However, the glitch has been fixed apparently and it makes it so easy to pass out my information AND to get the information of my contacts.

4. 1/5Horrible customer service

   I've been w Blinq for years. Thank goodness I've not needed cust service or I'm sure I would have left. 7--SEVEN! attempts to get help. Screen freezes. Can't even download the transcript. I was able on the next to last Time to copy and paste. Each time I had to start all over bc w alllllll the Ai we have they can't retrieve a previous chat despite fact they make you enter your email. So I'm confident That is false. To top it off suddenly w no warning the chat just says you will get a message on this email in morning. Posts hours and screen goes dead. No hey I can't help w this issue nothing. NOTHING!!! The last exchange I paste what is going on and chat says they can't view files. What!!!! Am I in the twilight zone. This cannot be real. Run run run. Do you not use them. If I could give less than a quarter of a star I would but I'm stuck giving a higher rank Than I ever would. Horrible horrible!!!!

5. 5/5Life saver

   We have all took a phone call, and waited for that person to send their information so you can send yours. You have their cell, but need their email. You are basically at their discretion and trust they will follow up. I send them a link to their cell number they called from and it's a beautiful and professional manner to present my information and to prompt them to engage back. I've used this app at trade shows, meetings where I ran out of cards. I've never have to fumble around looking in my bag for a card with this on my phone. You always have your phone. You always have this app.
