"body": "The app works great! My ordering process is always very smooth! I just have one suggestion for developers: as someone who counts their calories, I wish that as I customized my order, I could be provided with a drink calorie total, possibly at the very end when I add the final drink to my order or as I’m building it out. I don’t love being in the dark about how many calories I’m drinking, even though I know it’s kind of an estimated total bc it varies by the employee who makes it.",

"body": "I was able to open the app twice since downloading it a month ago. Both times, it took forever to load. I’ve seen snails move faster. There’s no portion for using with Apple Pay for when you’re ready to checkout. Since those 2 times, I haven’t been able to open the app at all. It just sits there trying to load forever and doesn’t go past the Swig logo. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app and even did a hard reset on my phone and nothing has changed. They might have good drinks but they definitely aren’t caring if you order ahead nor if you can earn “rewards”. Very frustrating.",

"body": "I love going to Swig! The team members are always friendly and provide excellent service. A special shoutout to Shili—she always has a great smile and a wonderful personality that makes the experience even better. The Swig app is also a game changer! It makes ordering ahead super easy, and I love earning rewards for my favorite drinks. Whether I’m stopping in for a quick pick-me-up or treating myself to something new, the experience is always top-notch. Highly recommend!",

"body": "The app is overall pretty easy to navigate, but if you’re ever trying to scan it at the drive through to receive points or use card payments, there always seem to be problems. I’ve tried several times to have them scan my app for payment, but employees will tell me it has to be scanned before ordering and the next day they tell me it has to be scanned after (but it never works if done after the order). I have held up the line for 5 minutes before just because they couldn’t figure it out and I had no other form of payment other then what was on the app. 🤷♀️",

"body": "I recently got a couple of gift cards given to me and didn’t know the balance. I looked at the back of the card to find out what number to call. It instead informed me I had to download this app. That’s a little annoying but whatever. I downloaded the app and at first it looked like I was going to have to create an account but finally I found where to scan the card to get the balance without an account. When I scanned the card it asked me what phone number I wanted the balance sent to. I can’t actually see the balance on the app. This is ridiculous and seems super shady. I wouldn’t doubt if your information is being sold.",
