1. 5/5Minor glitches but love Andy’s

   I work down the street from the Alpharetta location. After a few months of seeing a crowded parking lot, I decided to check them out. I called my mom to invite her when she stated that she saw this place called Andy’s on Atlanta Eats. Let’s try it! We did and we love, love love it! I signed her up for the app and she has no issues. I on the other hand, I’m constantly having to sign in and I don’t receive email notifications. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times as suggested by the customer support agent. Still not working. My mom recently received an email about an offer that I’ve yet to receive. I went in the app to click on “Stored Value”. You have to verify your email address. I did. Still haven’t received the verification email. That I would say along with having to sign every time is the most annoying part. I’m hooked so it doesn’t hinder my visits. Lol.

2. 1/5You’ve now lost a customer.

   I hadn’t been to Andy’s in a while and saw a new location and decided to stop by. The loyalty part of the app has always felt lacking compared to what a lot of other establishments in the food services industry have/do but this particular day I couldn’t even get the check in part to load. Over the past couple of days I’ve gone back in to see if it’s an isolated incident and it just never loads. I’m running the latest app and OS on my device. Overall the loyalty program just needs to be rethought to be easier and functional. Update: emailed them back and forward about getting points for missed visits they credited the points to an account I didn’t even know I had even though I sent them screenshots of my account along with the missing points. They then emailed me asking if I would like to merge the accounts and I said yes - crickets. Went a second visit - same issue with the app not loading so I can’t scan my rewards but they again gave me a receipt. Followed up with the new receipt and said hey never heard back on the merger issue and again - nothing. That being said, best of luck to y’all apparently loyalty means nothing to you and neither does customer service.

3. 5/5Its delicious and worth the stop

   Im from St. Louis and love my fritz and ted drewes so i was not going to try this place, but first off they stay open till midnight , and im a night owl so that is what got me to give in and give it a try, honestly i go here now more than my home town favorite, hate to say it but my fritz wasnt even that good anymore after going here. They have rewards on the app, open year around , they just got everyone beat on every way, my new favorite and i love me some ice cream. The app allows for you to load money onto the apo and use it for purchase but evey time i try to use my money they always tryto say, i dont have a reward available and i have to expkain to them my ballance nit my reward. Everytime i get staired at like im a idiot and they ask for helo and the manager akways comes rite over and uses the ballance. Not sure why thus is butvits hapoened multiple times at different locations!

4. 5/5Sweet Caroline!

   Me and my husband had just bought a trailer that was to tall to go through the drive-thru. The young lady inside waved as we drove past looking to see if we could make it. We had never tried the frozen custard and had no idea they had such a menu! But we wanted to, so we parked in a lot next door to it and as I was reading the menu, when I heard this sweet voice say,”we saw you were having trouble, so I can take your order and all out here and bring it out to you.” I looked up to see this pretty and very sweet young lady. I told my husband what she said and he came over to read the menu and we gave her our order. She, headed back in and I went to the window to pay her, she had offered to do it all- but, I didn’t want her to freeze - so insisted. I’m sure her co-worker was keeping an eye on her because of so many freaks in this world- Safety is of upmost importance!!! This was such a wonderful desert! Made even sweeter by the service we received! She even had it put in a cup larger than our order so it didn’t overflow. I don’t know who owns the Andy’s on Dave Ward Drive in Conway, Arkansas- But, they have a wonderful young lady and staff and the facility is so clean! I highly recommend this ANDY’S to anyone and everyone and suggest that the owner appreciate their staff (I’m sure they already do) but, a pat on the back or bonus for a job well done occasionally never hurts and will keep them on staff- because good (great) customer service is hard to come by! 5. 5/5Best Custard Around Town!

   I’m been a very frequent customer at Andy’s Frozen Custard for about 2 years now. There’s been weeks when I stopped for a milkshake, every single day. Add a bit of protein… the macros are actually quite healthy when spaced out or paired with workouts! It’s very refreshing to get FRESH custard after a workout. They tend to be very understanding if something isn’t what you expected. I honestly can’t talk well enough about Andy’s. Staff is always polite, service is always fast, and the product itself is always very high quality. I scanned the QR on Andy’s drive thru menu, installed the app, signed in, and was ready to earn points before I even got to the window! What an amazing place to sit down and relive some bonafide American history! Always a pleasant place to visit throughout the week!
