"body": "I love how this app sends me daily reminders (you can select the time of day and turn this feature on or off) to recharge my mind during the middle of the day. Otherwise, I tend to forget to prioritize these things which make the biggest difference in my mental health. It’s easy to use and has helped me big time with staying focused and present. There are so many avenues of self improvement within this app. From relaxation, to confidence, and communication skills… I totally recommend it!",
