Everything that used to “work,” didn’t. I started to feel so unsure of myself as a parent. That’s when I downloaded this app with my husband. As we started to move through the different sessions, we learned how to show up for our daughter and make sense of her (and our own!) emotions. The live classes were a huge help too. We are so grateful for this app and how it’s helped us become so much more confident as parents. It’s changed everything for us!",
