   So the start gives you 500 credits for the month. It doesn’t actually tell you how those credits are used. I tried to make a video because it’s supposed to be the best one on the market and not only did I run out of credits before there was any momentum built, but it completely changed all of my prompts into something completely different than what I had told it even based on the models I gave it. If I used 500 credits in six prompts (actually I think less than that) waste my money buying 2000 credits for a month when I’d run out almost immediately. Just based on my initial usage, not worth it at all.

2. 2/5I feel scammed

   I bought the 10,000 credit a month subscription to give SuperCool a tryout. I was hired to make a pitch deck for someone so I decided this is a great opportunity to do that. It generated multiple duplicates it failed to properly organize the final presentation. After telling me repeatedly it did it include included, made up statistics that were hallucinated. I kept asking for it to just join the Files and it couldn’t even do something as simple as that and on top of all of that before my credits were used up I was billed $43 For 7500 more credits that I didn’t even need. The presentation itself should’ve cost about 2500 credits. I spent all 7500 that I was charged extra for today and I don’t even have a cohesive product. So I’m upset.

   At first, it made me uncomfortable because I felt like it was working too fast and taking steps that I wasn’t ready for. That being said all I had to do was explain how I felt and request. They slow down a bit and check with me before actually creating a structured plan that I had to use credit for and not only did they completely understand but they changed it and I haven’t had to remind them, which is something that’s very different from ChatGPT. I am very happy with super cool and since I started using them for my Etsy, I got my first sale on there! Thank you super cool. You are so super cool.

   It took 4 attempts to do a meme and it still didn’t get it right. If you were ‘super cool’ and upfront about how many credits you need to do one meme, then yes maybe you wouldn’t have as many people sign up, but if they do sign up-give you a bad review and cancel that’s worse. My time is valuable too so just be honest with your customers-that way you get to keep them. That’s the miss all A.I. apps do-think differently- there are so many to choose from-once you get us-keep us! If you can catch their attention for them to buy your app then great but keeping customers is key. I don’t mind paying for something that’s worth it. I have Vidu, Canva, and tried lots of others. A.I. will be here a while so stop trying to get high subscription payments early on. The $7.99 a month guy is key, he will stay forever and buy in app stuff as needed. The recreational ‘let’s make funny memes’ guys are the ones you want to keep.

5. 1/5Do anything? Only if you keep pumping coins

   Not impressed. I tried a project. It couldn’t finish until I pumped some coins into the app. Then I had to ask it to apply the coins. Then it finished the job incorrectly. It promised to fix it…for more coins. This is basically the AI version of the old claw machines that they used to have at arcades, where you would insert a coin and try and grab a particular toy that you wanted (usually unsuccessfully), and you would just keep pumping coins until you gave up. That’s how this felt. Serious suggestion. Why not have an AI agent that will look at my idea and provide a list of assets required and provide an estimate of the ultimate cost? That way you are conducting a business transaction instead of an arcade game.
