   I am a Higgsfield guy so when Galaxy was recommended to me I was skeptical. I use AI primarily for music video production and have a theory that when something does multiple jobs it does them all “okay” but none great. I also run a media company and have a book coming out so I have need for of lot. Im also not big on eating my words and yet here I am. I wasn’t in love with Galaxys layout at first but now I realize it offers SOOOO much that I can’t think of a more efficient way to have designed the website. Where once I only had the ability to do photos and videos, I am now using AI for things I never realized I would need. So far Ive completed 3 video projects for clients, used galaxy to create my book cover, used it for bibliography, used it for 2 tentative outlines for the book, used it for the description and summary, and for my next trick Ill be using it to assemble a business plan for my company that I hope to use to get a business loan, and if THAT doesn’t tell you I now trust this site I don’t know what will. I like the way everything is laid out clearly and also how they broke down each option. I could have always used AI for the business plan but it never crossed my mind until I saw galaxy had an option for that specifically. Thats probably my favorite part so far. Absolutely worth the money, hell the cost is HALF what Higgsfield charges a month! You really can’t lose and thats the truth.

2. 5/5The Baskin Robbin’s of AI Tools

   I was skeptical at first and jumped in with the annual plan. 2 months in a various tools utilized (~10 of the 3000+ offered!) I took advantage of the lifetime subscription (yes, they refund your annual plan cost if you are within 90 days of purchase). This is a great platform for those just getting n intro to the AI world to advanced users who want to jump around across various LLMs and tool capabilities, many of which you didn’t know you needed. The overall service is (understandably) credit based for usage. If you are a heavy content creator user, then yes, you will be investing is additional credits for the quicker more advanced modeling, data center usage is costly. As for what could be improved or added…….A true assistant with voice interaction capabilities, meeting recording summarization capability tools (I believe coming soon) and some UIX improvements both on mobile and desktop versions. Each tool should clearly showcase the number of credits that will be required for use, including reprompting to get the results you want (you will pay for errors…) They tout 3000+ tools, and landing right in the middle of it all each time can be daunting. Creating favorites and folder organizing can only do so much.

   The Magica App Store application is fast and well-put-together.    I was skeptical at first but I decided to jump in on the lifetime deal and I’m glad I did. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. You won’t find another platform with so many tools. My one negative is that I don’t like the credit system. They draw you in with 15 million credits but a good quality image will cost you 1.5 million credits. I do a few blog posts or videos a month so it goes fast. Seems like a marketing gimmick but the credits do roll over so if you have a slow month then you can still use the credits. Chatting or research or website development doesn’t cost many credits at all. I was able to fix one of my websites in record time. Sure there are some bugs to work out with the app and platform but what robust platform doesn’t have some bugs here and there? I’ve already gotten my money’s worth in just a month and a half. Knowing that I have the lifetime deal is AI security as the industry develops. I can see how anyone would regret this purchase.

5. 2/5Mediocre AI program Terrible Customer Service

   So I took a chance to get this suite of AI tools. There was a good selection of abs that I thought could enhance my creation. I opted not to get the lifetime subscription in the event that the service was terrible. But you get free credits for every day you login. I had a streak of about 35 days or so. Sure enough after about 35 days, there was a glitch and it then said I missed a day which I know I didn’t because I logged in before I needed to get my day streak continued. I brought this to their attention and got a response. The first day that said that they fixed the problem. It’s now been about five days or so and I’ve gotten no response from them despite sending them several messages. If this is an example of what their customer service is like then I don’t want to extend my subscription and I would not recommend it to anybody else. The credit cost for some of their videos is several million credit credits and even then the AI drift prevents the job from being. Done right? There are a few things that it gets right the first try. Other times the projects are a disaster. I would check other options before going with these guys.
