   People are saying they can’t find where to freeze or cancel memberships. While I haven’t tried actually doing so, it was one of the first things I found as I explored the app. How To- 1. Go to “Services” at the bottom. 2. Click on “Explore All Memberships.” 3. Click on your membership type (faster, fastest, etc). 4. Click on your membership (right where it states how much you pay every month). 5. Then the option to “freeze” or “cancel membership” are options available for you at the bottom. While I haven’t actually tried canceling or freezing my account, low ratings are saying people can’t even find it so hopefully my directions above help. I do want to add, it should NOT be that many steps to get to the options to do so. Most of what you need to do is available on the app, from freezing memberships, canceling memberships, reserving a bed, checking into a bed, purchasing upgrade minutes, upgrading or downgrading your monthly memberships, and the scanning option which gives you the ability to scan in when you arrive instead of giving your name and birthdate. You don’t need to use the check into a bed feature to use the scan-in option. When it comes time to freeze or cancel, I’ll come back and update the review IF the process isn’t as easy as it should be.

   I Love this place! These ladies that work here are about the guests that come in. It doesn’t take them long to remember regulars that come in. And any time i see them welcome a new guest they are very informative and so welcoming at this location. Even when there are new faces behind the counter the ones that have worked there awhile will help them remember us regulars on the other side of that counter. I have been coming here going on my second year. Thank you Brooklyn if it wasn’t for you that first day we came in and your plethora of knowledge about the how to get the best results from the equipment and all the lotions. I wouldn’t have the results i have gotten. I’m very rarely are any of the ladies having bad days and even when they are, they welcome you in with a smile. I haven’t seen Customer service as a whole like this in any industry in years, thank you LADIES

   I was looking for a tanning facility to get me tan before my husband and I went on vacation the staff was amazing especially Bridgette and Alysa (managers) they have helped us and have went above and beyond for us ! They make everyone feel at home always welcoming and supportive in every way, they are all very knowledgeable you don’t leave w/o knowing what you need to know or not know anything about tanning or lotions or the use of the different beds or red light spa treatments! Love it here will never switch plus very clean and neat! Thank you To all of you especially management and staff for always make my day even when I’m having a bad day

   Firstly, I thought the whole point of the app was to be helped faster? Countless times I check in and have to stand in line for 15+ minutes before being helped. Those that check in via the app need to be seen before those that are being set up or making purchases. Now, need to be allowed to check in within maybe 15-30 minutes before salon opens. It’s a 30 minute drive to the closest salon, but I can’t check in because the app says the salon is closed. I can’t even check in right when the salon is opening. Also need to state, clearly and easily seen, if the salon is closed for whatever reason like due to inclement weather. Can’t tell how many I drove to the salon to find out they’re closed for the day because the app doesn’t state that.

   I went to Suntan City years ago. I was not pleased with the service. Recently, my coworker suggested Suntan city. I was hesitant but because of her glowing recommendations I decided to try it again.. I could not be more pleased with the product and the service of every employee. I have experienced over the last few weeks, I bought a monthly package that includes everything I like. I have used several of the services now. The employees make me feel like a priority, and they are extremely professional!
