1. 2/5Still Withdraws Money and Won’t Let Me Cancel

   I downloaded strum to get the notes for a riff that I heard, but could not find a tutorial for. In order to uses the app you have to pay 7 a week. I got the notes for the riff and tried to end my subscription. It did not let me my subscription, but it would let me delete me delete my account so I did hoping that it would stop it from withdrawing from my account. It took the $7 not too long after and I just assumed I was late on deleting the app. I checked the subscriptions in my settings prior to deleting the account and it was no where to be found. The app has taken its 3rd payment and still won’t let me end the subscription. Please help. The apps does what it says but charges 7 a week and the cancellation process is not as simple as it is made out to be as you can see from other users. I’m satisfied with the app, but not the cancellation.

   Just give me ads like a normal company or the option between ads and no ads. Also why is it $7. I realize this took a lot of work and money to make and keep up but I’m in high school man. I have no money and with these gas prices neither does anyone else. Also if you say it doesn’t have ads to make a better experience you can still create an app thats enjoyable and profitable as well as not overwhelmed with ads. Last thing you know like so much about the user off there music taste with permission from the user you could have customized ads based off of the music they listen to. that could make you crazy money and contribute to lowering the non ad price or having less ads or making your app better.

   When I first downloaded, It took me to a subscription page. When I tried to leave the subscription page, it didn’t let me. There was no X in the corner, there was no exit sign, there was no swipe to continue, it just left me stuck there! I tried solving the problem by closing and opening the app multiple times, I tried going in to my settings, I tried re-starting my device, and I even tried re-downloading the app! Yet, NOTHING FIXED!!!! I assume this is a bug so I hope it gets fixed sooner rather than later.

   I tried canceling my subscription and then I was charged $6.99 at the end of the week. After contacting support they instantly refunded my money and I was happy. I wish the prices were cheaper.. $1 a day is too much since I only play 10 minutes a day. Should be based on how much activity is going on in the account or have ads for users who want to play without paying. But It’s not my app. I am just happy I got refunded :)

   the app itself it good, but i have tried to cancel my subscription every week since FEBRUARY and they still charge my account. i have since DELETED MY ACCOUNT and the app and it still charges my account. it does not show up in my subscriptions in settings or on the app store. immediately after going into the app settings and canceling my subscription it just doesn’t and it resets. i continue to get charged every friday night. since february. it’s april. almost may. i cancel the subscription AT LEAST once a week. i’m not sure if this is some kind of scam. fix it.
