5/5Top of class in sports management with room to improve
Sprocket is, without a doubt, one of the leading sports management apps available today. With children participating in various sports, I regularly use several of these platforms, and Sprocket consistently stands out amongst the ‘modern’ solutions. I appreciate Sprocket’s commitment to continuous improvement, often integrating suggestions directly from our Academy's administrators. As a coach, the organizational tools are excellent: Easy Access to Resources: Quickly find and share team documents. Effective Communication: Simple and Safe Sport compliant messaging, including the ability to send player progress reports to individual players with parents automatically included. Calendar Control: The team calendar is straightforward to control and edit and synch with the family calendar. From a parent perspective, the registration process is seamless. Whether I sign my child up using the mobile app or the web portal, the seasonal and supplemental registrations are consistent and well-designed. Update: They've already added Volunteer Tasks! I had a minor request for adding tasks (like field set-up help) to calendar events and team polls. After checking, I see the Volunteer Tasks feature has already been included. This is fantastic and shows how responsive the development team is. Highly recommended for any organization looking for a robust and user-friendly solution.

5/5Video and Assignment Enhancement Request
Similar to pictures, it would be great if videos could be shared within the app. Sometimes coaches share out videos of techniques and drills for kids to practice their sport at home and currently it can’t be done from within Sprocket. Additionally, I would recommend adding an “Assignments” section for games. This way folks can be assigned to bring snacks/drinks.

5/5Team actually listens to feedback
Overall the app is easy to use. Love that the team that created this app actively listens to feedback. I’ve seen a number of improvements during my time using the app. Makes me feel like my feedback matters and that the team cares about their users.

5/5Makes my life so much easier
I never write reviews but I wanted to give props to Sprocket! 3 kids on 3 different teams was pure chaos until our club switched over. Having all their schedules and messages together in one place has made managing everyones time so much easier!
