I have been wearing the same style of panty since becoming a Soma customer in 2014. This WILL be my LAST order of the quality is the same as my last two orders. I have some that are 6 years old and look newer than the ones coming out of the package. I take everything out of the package and place in lingerie bags to wash. At least 50% of my last order came out of the first wash, never having been worn or even tried on with elastic and trim unraveling from the lace & holes in the fabric. It is insanity to keep buying them but I like how the lace in the back makes them virtually invisible under my clothes. I visit the Naples, Lakeland, Ellenton and Treholm Plaza in Columbia SC stores. All are wonderful except Lakeland - which I only use to try sizes before purchasing online. The girls in Lakeland tend to be somewhat rude, spend an inordinate amount of time standing behind the counter talking amongst themselves or literally telling me what every single item I glance at is “that’s our new cool night pajamas”, “that is our new robe”, “that is our embraceable bra” , “that’s the no wire sports bra” etc . Literally EVERY single item - there is no happy medium like “Welcome to Soma” “are you looking for anything special? Ok - have a look and let me know if you need anything” see an armload - “would you like me to start a fitting room for you?” - I can’t get out of the Lakeland store fast enough! I hope this new batch of panties is better than the last two!! Come on Soma , you can do it!

5/5My Terrible experience
After spending a chunk of time making selections and adding to favorites and / or to my cart; I noticed that the sale prices did not match the shown price while making selection of sale items. It was significantly higher. Note that as I chose color and size, the site would show the different prices for the different styles. But when I went back and checked my selections in the cart, the sale prices did not match what was previously shown. I called customer service to inquire about the problem, and they told me this was normal. As someone who shops online often, that is not accurate. I am also not new to Soma online shopping. I cannot recommend at all.

1/5Least Functional App Ever
I love Soma and their products, but the app is sooo frustrating. I’m relatively tech savvy, and use other shopping apps constantly, but this one consistently won’t load my account information. For months, it’s given me a “failed to load data, check your internet connection” notice, but my connection is fine and all other apps are working seamlessly. I have it set to automatically update the app, so an out of date app shouldn’t be the issue. Every single time, I end up switching to the website to actually place an order. The search functions are also strangely unspecific. Why is it I can go into, for example, “Cool Nights”, but then only search by size and inseam? What??? Why not category, like bottoms, camis, tops, etc.? It’s like whoever designed this app didn’t bother to think about how people actually shop for clothes. It’s annoying when I want to shop quickly for lounge pants, and have to sort through everything, or put it in the search bar and hope it sorts thoroughly. Soma, you have a great product, but your tech needs work!

5/5Very Comfortable
I have a lot of allergies, sensitive skin and fibromyalgia. Any synthetic fabrics make my skin sweat and actually cause me pain. I might even get a rash from them. When I discovered Soma 10 years ago, it really made my life so much easier! Soft, comfortable and breathable fabrics in cute flattering clothes! Their rayon is made from bamboo which is soft and breathable. Other synthetic rayons are made from toxic chemicals and make me sweat and cause shoulder pain - I know crazy right? I’m allergic to synthetic clothes! And hey - just because you can’t feel the pain like I do doesn’t mean those fabrics aren’t bad for you too! ;) I love Soma! Customer for life!

1/5Great products, bad customer service
I love Soma products but I have been so disappointed with their customer service. Recently I placed an order with which I had terrible luck with. It wasn’t allowing me to log into my account or place an order. When I finally did get the order placed after attempting multiple times on my app and my computer, I was charged twice. When I talked to a representative at Soma about it, she essentially told me to take it up with my bank even though they were the ones who had charged me. I finally got that sorted out but my order still has not arrived when it said it would be here yesterday. The order also appears to have shipped in two separate parts. After all of this, I can’t even log in to my account to track my order or anything. I have tried logging in both on the internet and on my app with no luck. All of this to say I am very frustrated and disappointed.

All are wonderful except Lakeland - which I only use to try sizes before purchasing online. The girls in Lakeland tend to be somewhat rude, spend an inordinate amount of time standing behind the counter talking amongst themselves or literally telling me what every single item I glance at is “that’s our new cool night pajamas”, “that is our new robe”, “that is our embraceable bra” , “that’s the no wire sports bra” etc . Literally EVERY single item - there is no happy medium like “Welcome to Soma” “are you looking for anything special? Ok - have a look and let me know if you need anything” see an armload - “would you like me to start a fitting room for you?” - I can’t get out of the Lakeland store fast enough! I hope this new batch of panties is better than the last two!! Come on Soma , you can do it!",

          "body": "After spending a chunk of time making selections and adding to favorites and / or to my cart; I noticed that the sale prices did not match the shown price while making selection of sale items. It was significantly higher. Note that as I chose color and size, the site would show the different prices for the different styles. But when I went back and checked my selections in the cart, the sale prices did not match what was previously shown. I called customer service to inquire about the problem, and they told me this was normal. As someone who shops online often, that is not accurate. I am also not new to Soma online shopping. I cannot recommend at all.",

          "body": "I love Soma and their products, but the app is sooo frustrating. I’m relatively tech savvy, and use other shopping apps constantly, but this one consistently won’t load my account information. For months, it’s given me a “failed to load data, check your internet connection” notice, but my connection is fine and all other apps are working seamlessly. I have it set to automatically update the app, so an out of date app shouldn’t be the issue. Every single time, I end up switching to the website to actually place an order. The search functions are also strangely unspecific. Why is it I can go into, for example, “Cool Nights”, but then only search by size and inseam? What??? Why not category, like bottoms, camis, tops, etc.? It’s like whoever designed this app didn’t bother to think about how people actually shop for clothes. It’s annoying when I want to shop quickly for lounge pants, and have to sort through everything, or put it in the search bar and hope it sorts thoroughly. Soma, you have a great product, but your tech needs work!",

          "body": "I have a lot of allergies, sensitive skin and fibromyalgia. Any synthetic fabrics make my skin sweat and actually cause me pain. I might even get a rash from them. When I discovered Soma 10 years ago, it really made my life so much easier! Soft, comfortable and breathable fabrics in cute flattering clothes! Their rayon is made from bamboo which is soft and breathable. Other synthetic rayons are made from toxic chemicals and make me sweat and cause shoulder pain - I know crazy right? I’m allergic to synthetic clothes! And hey - just because you can’t feel the pain like I do doesn’t mean those fabrics aren’t bad for you too! ;) I love Soma! Customer for life!",

          "body": "I love Soma products but I have been so disappointed with their customer service. Recently I placed an order with which I had terrible luck with. It wasn’t allowing me to log into my account or place an order. When I finally did get the order placed after attempting multiple times on my app and my computer, I was charged twice. When I talked to a representative at Soma about it, she essentially told me to take it up with my bank even though they were the ones who had charged me. I finally got that sorted out but my order still has not arrived when it said it would be here yesterday. The order also appears to have shipped in two separate parts. After all of this, I can’t even log in to my account to track my order or anything. I have tried logging in both on the internet and on my app with no luck. All of this to say I am very frustrated and disappointed.",
