1. 5/5Great vibe. Slow service

   Always a great vibe at SH Nashville, although many of the furnishings are showing wear and tear where the fabric is fraying badly, which is very embarrassing when bringing guests for a visit. And while SH uses the European model for service where you do not have one dedicated server, it can be so ridiculously slow to get an order in once you sit down or any type of follow up at the table or busing of the table. Again, embarrassing when hosting guests and you are on a schedule to get in/out. Not sure how many times I have made this part of a review. Most all of the members feel this way. But since you asked, I will bring it up again.

2. 5/5Frustrating

   This app is incredibly frustrating. I love the experience of our Houses, but the app makes it super difficult to plan or schedule events across different clubs. I can only book events at two of the Houses in Los Angeles, and all others appears as “House Members” only without allowing me to book them, even though I’m a House member. And of course, reaching out to support or membership goes nowhere unfortunately.

3. 4/5Good not yet great

   I enjoy my Soho House membership very much, and I think the app works well for the most part. My wish would be for it to be easier to do simple things, for instance, quickly access the opening hours of the restaurant and what time different meal service starts and ends. Also wish it was a lot easier to figure out how to contact someone at my local Soho House to ask a question. Seems like I type a question into the app. It gets sent over to London and then somehow bounces back to my local Soho House . Isn’t there an easier way?

4. 1/5Update your hotel availability!!!

   Ugh. For something that is supposed to be a luxury service/club, the app and online experience is consistently terrible. Sure they make look pretty but the functionality is spotty at best. The house I like to stay at routinely shows no availability for six months at a time - yet send them an email and you find it’s actually incorrect and there’s tons of availability. How and why does this keep happening? Constantly showing incorrect information makes the app totally irrelevant. Also - why are you sending me an email link to sign in when it’s fewer steps to just use your password and pretty much every phone and computer gives you the option to save that information.

5. 3/5Bring back family programs in ATX

   What makes the ATX house distinct is that families are integrated into the life of the club building stronger intra-club relationships that extend into the community and reflect the cities character. Professionals in ATX are less compartmentalized socially than in NYC or other cities that demand a separation between work, play, and community. Teeny House and Swimming Pool access for families from 8-12 on Weekends and 8-3 on weekdays is what sets ATX apart from my original home house DumboHouse. The value of the family programs is an enormous asset and one of the main reasons I keep the membership.
