   This is a great app! I plan on moving my wife and I’s direct deposits here. However, I did have a couple of suggestions. 1. Please add scroll-to-top functionality for clicking at the top of the screen. 2. Separate all of the SoFi articles and such either into a separate tab or separate area. Most people want the “home” of their finance app to just be account overviews and such. Not a barrage of articles and suggestions. Also, every time the app is opened, it loads all of this stuff which is probably slowing it down a bit. 3. Add the ability to remove some of the “Accounts” at the very top of the Home tab. Such as life insurance (which I already have through my employer) and Student Loan Refi. 4. Refine the ability to create and maintain budgets. I’d even be willing to pay for this feature if it is refined enough. Monarch is able to charge $100/year for their budgeting app. By refine, I mean: a.) Add other connection options (Plaid is the main one, but doesn’t work with some providers). An example of one I’ve seen in Monarch is MX. b.) Make it so that reoccurring charges can be added/modified/maintained. Currently, they can only be recategorized. And it’s not picking up on my monthly mortgage payment from what I can tell as well as one of my utility bills. c.) Add the option to view all daily/monthly/yearly reoccurring charges at once. Currently, “reoccurring activity” only allows you to add or manage accounts. Pretty useless in my opinion as it is right now.

   I am currently trading in 7 platforms right now. SOFI is my second favorite platform. I came back today in Sofi to add more money to my IRA and noticed that some stocks that I have I am not able to buy it anymore. I can only sell it but then I realized why I can’t buy it anymore. Sofi actually trying to help me to not keep losing money to those stocks that became penny stocks and then later on do a 1 to 25 - 1 to 100 reverse split. Thank you sofi for saving me. 😁. I do have couple suggestions though since I have invested quite an amount here and trade. First suggestions: If SOFI could add a modification like modifying an order the amount or the price without cancelling it. It is a hassle to cancel and then redo the order. Maybe try a simple button or something that we can modify an order quicker without canceling? You know what I mean? 😁 I always have issues when I am trying to change and especially when the price went low and wanted to buy the stocks low or even trying to sell it as well. I ended up missing the opportunity on buying it when it is really low and then selling it when it is really high because you have to cancel the entire orders instead of just pressing something to modify it. Second suggestions: If Sofi make a way that we can name our watchlist by category etc… between the 2 suggestions I prefer the first one that I can modify my orders without canceling the entire orders. Other than that SOFI is a great platform and I like it.

   This banking app is pretty much “Nerd Wallet” without the checking and savings accounts. Being able to track all your financial accounts, monitor your debt, and have some neat features on the side (like receiving bonus cash just for opening up certain accounts) is really cool. It’s far more convenient to check one app instead of having to open up and check multiple ones trying to find out the information that you want, and I really like that a lot! However, my only complaint about the app so far is how “clunky” everything is when you first log in. I went into settings trying to disable all the irrelevant information that pops up onto my feed cause I like for things to be “minimalistic” and free of clutter, but I wasn’t able to find an option that allows me to do just that. Compared to all the other banking apps, this one certainly has a lot of fluff and extra information in it that I don’t really care or use, whereas my Capital One account just shows my “checking account” and “savings account”. That’s it. And that’s all I want to see. Also, the lack of any widget support kinda bothers me but it isn’t a huge dealbreaker. But it would certainly be nice to have it, so I can quickly glance at how much I have in my account instead of having to log into the account and having my whole screen display my financial information (which isn’t safe if you’re out in public and want to check your account when other people are present). All in all, the app is “okay” but it could be great if they included the features that I’ve listed above.

4. 5/5Basic and easy, lacks a few bells/whistles

   Generally SOFI has been easy to do business with. Their customer service is good and responsive, rates (yields, fees) and perks are much better than big box banks. I invest quite a bit regularly and their averaging into stocks or ETFs is fair give or take. They have allotted me any IPO I asked for thus far which has been extensive. Their plus membership is free with direct deposit and with that comes other perks like investment match. Only 1% but I put a lot in so it’s a nice kickback end of month. You have other resources offered like planning and discounts but I haven’t used it. I’ve referred other people to SOFI and they’re happy also - referral credits of cash for me and my friend is cool. I would like their trading tools to be better…charts, and creating technical graphs, studies etc…being able to sell options would be nice and they took things away a couple years ago like crypto and being awarded stock bits from points earned which I thought was a neat concept….not like they now. I had a valid large complaint on something and it was escalated up to office of the president…they addressed it in a timely manner and made things right…kept me as a customer. So, overall happy and I like their business model and ease/simplicity of the app for most everything. Being so basic and user friendly - not having all brokerage features for me is a hold back, but maybe they’ll get there as they grow.

   I accepted the referral to this bank from my son because I was familiar with the name as I invest in SoFi in the stock market at times I have to say I am disappointed in the rate at which money is available to me once it’s deposited when I open the account I took the only $50 that I had in my other account to open this so that I can get the bonus not only is my money straight from my checking account not available to me until the 22nd which ends up being about six days five or six days later from the deposit electronic deposits are supposed to be faster but checks quicker than that and on top of it I don’t get my bonus for two days I am sitting here with a new bank account and all my money is tied up in it and I can’t even touch it so I’m broke if I would’ve known this is how it was gonna be I would’ve never signed up or I would’ve made sure I signed up at a time when I had back up money I never expected this. I have not had a money in years and years and years and that was because of Check.. I hope you don’t take this review lately and you take steps to consider getting peoples money cleared faster than that because this is very hard on people like me who don’t have a lot of money at all because I literally put my last $50 into that account, which is causing me to go hungry all weekend until Tuesday because I only work extreme part-tim Sincerely, Erica Jones

   I filed a dispute about money missing from my account and was not only locked out of my account and the account shutdown, with no way to access my money, but I was accused of giving my account information to someone else, with no evidence presented to me showing proof of the accusation. I had no money or anything until they decided to mail a check. I appealed several times and was completely dismissed and disregarded. All the "proof" that was mailed was a certified letter containing your "polici

   You like pop ads and ads all over the place and app? This is the bank for you, Sofi is the bank of ads! . Got ex out a pop up everytime you check your balance. It is not simple nor is it organized.
