1/5Scam App! Don’t even try it!
This App/Service is a scam! When you download the app they bombard you to buy services “Pack” at discount rate- which is generally done by all new apps- but with this app, after you have paid and you try to use the services, there are NO slots available even 2 weeks out! Maybe they want to get advance money to use to run their little business and have no intention to fulfill their obligations. The customer service rep says “ it’s a high demand Service”!!! Well, if you can’t scam up supply, why are you pushing services to new customers!? I hope I get me refund now. Never going to give business to these scammers.

1/5Beware and avoid if possible
We hired a maid from them and she stole 2 of my gold rings worth approx USD 2500. We have been trying to get support from snabbit and they have been ignoring us. We also came to know this lady didn’t have a police verification. She denied it to the police and now they are trying to get away with it saying no evidence. Apparently this has happened to multiple people and all from the bedrooms or bathrooms where people usually don’t have cameras. I will be filing a lawsuit very soon since they have decided to ignore my calls or compensate me for this or help me recover my jewelry.

1/5Service not delivered and no way to cancel. Feels like a scam.
Someone was assigned 30 minutes after the scheduled time and was supposed to arrive in 12 minutes, but even after waiting another 1 hour, no one showed up. The assigned person wouldn’t answer the phone, and the app wouldn’t let me cancel or reschedule because it was marked as past the scheduled time. Customer care doesn’t even exist. Completely unacceptable experience — you take the money and then disappear. Feels like a scam.
