1/5Horrible, Horrible, Horrible
Absolutely the worst app of all time. I have five Sonos2 speakers and getting them to all play at once is harder than calculus. On the rare occasion they do, sound control will work on one or two. Then, if you hit the stop button to turn it off, it'll continue to play even after closing the app out. Sometimes it'll stop after a few minutes, other times I have to kill my I Internet. I would not buy a single Sonos product, let alone five.

I used to love Sonos, but now the app can never find my system, my living room arc randomly turns on and plays music and sometimes stops playing. The most frustrating is when I open the app to turn my music down and it can no longer locate my system. The product has turned into complete garbage. I returned my latest speaker because it kept falling off the system even after adding boosters in my home.

Your system is not intuitive and requires a level of computer knowledge that many older users do not have. Your company is trying to push us off of our laptops and desktops and onto our phones. For older people and those who have impaired vision, the phone screen is too small. It is not accommodating to force us to use phones. It is probably unlawful and discriminatory.

This is awful . The app is not stable and neither is its Management . Updates are not functional and create more trouble than the previous version. A update is often followed by a apology by the CEO . The price of the speakers are out ragious by to days standards . Sound quality is very good . JBLs is better for far less money and far less trouble . My Roam 1 is nothing but junk . The bridge I paid so much money. For has never really work and when it did it was not stable . The only thing I have had more trouble with is my Japanese refrigerator. It has melted my ice cream way to many times . I will be moving to JBL and Apple Music . Ciao for now . R. Can I give half of one star ?
