"body": "For a high end hotel that is part of IHG it does not make sense to even have an app, especially one that only causes friction for guests who are paying a premium. Room pairing in the app doesn’t make sense, I get an error when trying to add simple things like phone number. Finally, what’s the point? Even the on property restaurant menus are scanned documents making them difficult to read. The only thing Six Senses has shown me in this app is that this brand is not ready for the luxury category they claim to be part of. Very disappointing.",

"body": "Our stay at the resort in Laamu was amazing. This app was the only sore point. Resort staff are basically developing ad-how workarounds to severe UX shortcomings, which came up several times during our stay. IHG has a ton of money. They just need to spend a few million to hire real quality PM, UX, and Eng (maybe hire around Silicon Valley?). Stop with the outsourcing. Otherwise, just get rid of this enormous source of frustration that detracted from our resort experience.",
