"body": "This app had a lot of potential when I downloaded it 5 months ago. Someone from their development team reached out to me, had a solid conversation about the potential behind it then and shared a few bugs I had noticed. I was asked to share some of those things in a meeting with a team, but we never made action on it. Not a big deal, but now 5 months later, I see some of those changes and a massively improved user interface, and I think this may start acting as a very useful field resource and prospecting/lead funneling tool. The client forms and process of filling out, receiving, editing to create an estimate is effortless and will allow you to get, at the very least, rough estimate numbers back to potential clients very quickly if they supply good info and photos. Keep improving this and adding tools from other industry apps that make this an all in one platform. I’m assuming with time, it will continue to improve regional pricing accuracy and line item options. Exciting app!",

"body": "Just found this app and so far it’s the most accurate information, pricing, materials needed and informs you in steps for each part of the job. It breaks each into its own cost analysis. This app saves so much time and frustration you encounter when having to research each product, each job labor time and inputs local average pricing. The only thing that needs some tweaking is when you want to render the ending project appearance. It should ask a few more specific questions about what you want the finished project to look like so it matches more accurately… like colors, layouts, etc. other than that this is amazing app for contractors and even homeowners.",

"body": "All is Good with the app except I recommend these options for an easier use of the app & overall betterment so as not to run into “road-block issues” and get a more professional look from the outside. Here are those options-> 1- tax jurisdiction should get included on the estimate platform so that the price lists reflect real world market value and real world material & labor taxes & not just guessing 2- the option to convert the estimate into a PDF file gets added is a very important feature that other apps offer that I didn’t see on simplywise 3- the 2D floor plan estimator needs a way of editing the completed floor plan so I don’t have to start all over again to edit 1 small measurement mistake. 4- there needs to be an option to add the floor plan to the actual whole estimate so when you send an itemized estimate, it includes a full layout plan measurement of the project along with line items. 5- overhead & profit should be an option for creating an estimate as most companies use subcontractors to fulfill work, & couldn’t find an option to up-charge an estimate for profit in any way. But overall very accurate app and great to use, the edits above will make it even greater!",

"body": "I’ve been relying on a lot of unknowns when quoting, especially as someone coming into the business, and that made the process heavy and uncertain. This removed the guesswork and brought real clarity and ease. It took the mental load out of quoting and made the process simple, honest, and repeatable. I had a complete quote generated in under 30 minutes. That said, this quote will be tested against something that matters even more to me, it will be given to my spiritual sister, a daughter of my Father in Heaven, who deserves not only the best kitchen, but the best price I can possibly give her. If this system holds up there, then I know it’s built on truth, fairness, and integrity.",

I’m a contractor for over 12 years and I’ve always hassled with pricing and keeping up with the market ever since downloading this app not only has it helped me Clothes eight out of 10 deals but the pricing is always spot on. I don’t know what I would do without it. The only thing I wish that they did do is I wish they kept the address part where you can submit the project address and it’ll tell you if it’s a business or a home and it will price accordingly. Other than that, it’s literally phenomenal.",
