DUDES! For real, this app is a game changer. I am a Mobile small engine business on the rise here in Myrtle beach. And this app has changed the game for me. This AI is absolutely on point. I was hesitant at first. But I decided to bite the bullet and say a prayer. I needed help with answering phones and just over all trying to remember the conversation with customers ordering parts, etc. yeah their are CRM’S which I have and electronic calendars all that. But remembering ok I got to order parts for this guy and order parts for this ladies etc before I go there. And writing it down, or typing it in the calendar. DUDES. DUDES!! this Ai literally records your calls, gives you a transcript of the call and the recording of the call. Not only that it gives you a DAILY RECAP TRANSCRIPT OF EVER CALL YOU HAD FOR THAT DAY! so if you forgot. You can go back and look or listen to the call. I SELECTED my AI AS JACK! and jack is the man! Well I mean AI . I actually got 4 compliments in the last 2 days that I had jack answering calls. Actually had a customer that creates AI, or something to that effect for google and told me today. That jack was an awesome AI. I’m not paid! I’m a real customer of this app. I am the owner of Precision Mobile Small Engine Services LLC. You could ask me question if you want. Definitely not a paid commenter. I am absolutely ecstatic about having this app. Best decision i ever made. Thanks M1. Only thing I would like to see. Is the record consent if you turn it on after three rings. And also would like the record consent message. To be able to be edited. Other wise 9.9 out of 10

I absolutely love how it functions and how you can train it to answer all of your questions. My AI receptionist answers questions probably better than if I had one of my younger staff members answering the phone. Two things that I wish they would update however, are how choppy the conversation can get when the customers talk at the same time as the AI receptionist. The receptionist, then lags which results in the Customer repeating themselves, which is generally when the AI finally speaks again so then it lags again and it just becomes a vicious circle of ‘I’m sorry are you there still?’ or ‘what?! I just wanna talk to a human.’ My second complaint is that because I liked the product so much, I decided to use it for my other business. This is now causing a bit of issue because there’s no way to toggle back-and-forth between the two businesses within the app. I have to have the app on two different phones in order to check the messages and respond. This is super frustrating because the whole point of this was to be able to function off of my personal phone rather than have all three of my phones with me at all times. Would love for them to fix this so I can have one app on my personal phone that I can toggle between the two businesses and call back/respond accordingly. As advanced as this application is, this should be an easy fix. Not sure why it’s not already available.

5/5An absolute necessity for business and even personal use. This app Rocks I would give 100 stars.
I’ve been using the Beside app for about a year now, and my experience has been excellent. Their customer support team is responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to resolving issues quickly. Carolina, along with other team members, has consistently provided prompt and effective assistance whenever I needed help. The platform itself is simple to use and has helped streamline my workflow, eliminating the need for additional administrative overhead. The built-in AI tools have also been valuable for managing projects more efficiently, making day-to-day operations much smoother. Over the past year, I’ve seen continuous improvements across the app, which shows a strong commitment to development and user feedback. Overall, it has proven to be a practical and reliable solution, and I would recommend giving it a try—especially if you’re looking to simplify project management and communication without adding complexity or extra staffing costs.

3/5Great potential, but missing a few key features for business use
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this app works. The AI’s voice sounds very natural, and when i tested it with a multitude of questions it did great at providing general information to “the customer” even though I hadn’t trained it with that information. I also love that calls are recorded so you can listen to the whole thing later. For me though, and I think any real business use case, it’s missing two major features. 1. Business Hours. We all hate getting calls outside of our normal hours, and it should allow you to set hours in which it would go straight to the AI and even use a different greeting during those hours. 2. Auto attendant. There should be an option, whether it be a separate system or just part of letting the AI answer and screen the calls, but then forward them to you. This is the feature my current system has that cuts out almost all spam calls, because auto-dialers can’t get past a “press # for customer service”. Having callers dial through to you right away and THEN go to the AI is not gonna work for me since my number is public and I get so many spam calls. If they add those two features, I’ll definitely return and even be willing to pay more for it. I already pay more for a system that has those features but not AI.

A critical issue to address is the absence of a fully functional web app. Now, moving on to other aspects: This app has the potential to be a lifesaver for my business, yet the lack of developer access leaves me uneasy. It could be the perfect tool if I could implement the minor customizations that would garner my full support. Additionally, the recent reduction in the AI voice agent's time limit significantly diminishes its usefulness for me. I had been inadvertently promoting it by sharing it with clients and alumni, explaining how it streamlined my workflows so effectively. With the voice agent now limited to just 10 minutes per call instead of an hour, I've not only lost a crucial daily planning assistant but also need to completely recalibrate my entire business onboarding process for clients and leads, as I had heavily integrated voice functionality into it. This poses a significant setback for my scheduled launch dates. Moreover, it's essential for the M1 and the Voice Receptionist to share the same intelligence and remember all conversations in real-time. Lastly, my daily overviews can no longer be exported or copied and pasted, an issue that tech support has yet to resolve. Despite these challenges, I still deeply appreciate this incredible app.

"body": "A critical issue to address is the absence of a fully functional web app. Now, moving on to other aspects: This app has the potential to be a lifesaver for my business, yet the lack of developer access leaves me uneasy. It could be the perfect tool if I could implement the minor customizations that would garner my full support. Additionally, the recent reduction in the AI voice agent's time limit significantly diminishes its usefulness for me. I had been inadvertently promoting it by sharing it with clients and alumni, explaining how it streamlined my workflows so effectively. With the voice agent now limited to just 10 minutes per call instead of an hour, I've not only lost a crucial daily planning assistant but also need to completely recalibrate my entire business onboarding process for clients and leads, as I had heavily integrated voice functionality into it. This poses a significant setback for my scheduled launch dates. Moreover, it's essential for the M1 and the Voice Receptionist to share the same intelligence and remember all conversations in real-time. Lastly, my daily overviews can no longer be exported or copied and pasted, an issue that tech support has yet to resolve. Despite these challenges, I still deeply appreciate this incredible app.",
