ShowTracker 1.13 — for the shows you set down. • Put a show on hold. Not every series you stop watching is one you've dropped — sometimes you're just not in the mood, and the app had no word for that. It either kept asking about it under "Not watched in a while", or you archived it and it disappeared. Now you can pause it: it stays in your library with your whole history, in its own section, and simply stops asking. It leaves your queue, your widget, Coming Up and your reminders until you pick it back up — one tap to resume. • Your iPad gets its own answer. The poster wall is lovely on a phone, and on an iPad it was throwing the room away: the list there shows you the countdown, the full episode title and the check-off button all at once. So iPad now opens as a list and iPhone as posters — and whichever you pick, on whichever device, sticks. • Bigger covers on iPad for when you do want the wall — fewer, larger posters instead of a stretched phone screen. • The countdown is back on the poster wall. ShowTracker 1.14 — What's Next knows what day it is. • New today. When a season premiere or a fresh episode drops, it leads your queue — above everything — for exactly one day. Episode 167 of your comfort binge is lovely, but it's not news; the episode that arrived this morning is. Tomorrow, everything settles back to normal. • Coming this week. Right below your queue: a wall of posters for everything premiering in the next seven days, each cover carrying its countdown — "1 day", "4 days". Your whole week, one glance, zero reading. • Shows that come back now come back. If a series was marked "Ended" between seasons (it happens more than you'd think, especially with reality shows), ShowTracker used to take that as final — the new season never appeared, and the show sat frozen in Completed. Now it checks back and catches renewals on its own. Thank you, Brenda, for the report that led us straight to this one. • Being caught up finally looks like the win it is: a quiet "you're all caught up" with your week laid out underneath — not an empty screen. Catching up on an old show now dates each episode to when it originally aired — and keeps the show in Up Next where it belongs, instead of filing it under "not watched in a while." Your monthly, weekday, and yearly charts now land on the right days. No more phantom watches. Marking an episode from the widget — or checking one off twice by accident — no longer double-counts it. Your episode and hour totals are trustworthy again. Reminders that actually arrive. The day-of reminder no longer disappears if you open the app that morning. Shows you follow before they premiere now notify you once they start airing. And if you follow more shows than iOS allows reminders for, we tell you instead of quietly dropping them. Import that works. Backup files saved from Numbers, Excel, or Sheets now import correctly. Rows that can't be read are reported instead of silently skipped, and a restore that fails now says so rather than leaving you with an empty library. Better sync. ShowTracker 1.7 — What's Next now knows what you're actually watching. • Two lanes, one glance — the show you're mid-run on leads under Continue watching; everything else waits under Ready to watch. No more finding last night's show buried beneath a week-old episode. • Dates you can trust — countdowns could be a day off, so an episode airing tomorrow sometimes read "today". Fixed, along with the Coming Up calendar, in every time zone. • Older episodes now show the year — "aired Apr 24, 2014" instead of a bare "Apr 24" that looked like this year. • Your home-screen widget follows exactly the same order as the app, and updates the moment you check something off.

ShowTracker 1.8 — small release, honest numbers. • TMDB score on movies — the community rating ("* 8.1 TMDB") now appears on every movie page, exactly like it always has on shows. ShowTracker 1.8.1 — movie dates you can trust. • Movie release dates now stay correct — when a release moves, or your region's opening differs from the worldwide date, the watchlist countdown and your release reminder now follow the date that's true where YOU are. Previously a stale date could stick and remind you on the wrong night. • Release dates for movies on your watchlist now refresh daily in the background, exactly like episode air dates always have. ShowTracker 1.9 — bring your TV Time history with you. • Import your TV Time export. TV Time shut down in July and took its export portal with it — if you saved your data before then, that file isn't stranded any more. Open Settings › Import, pick it, and your shows, episode history and watchlist come across. • Matched properly, not guessed. Shows are matched by database id rather than by name, so remakes and non-English titles land on the right series — and anything that can't be matched is listed for you instead of quietly skipped. (Episodes only: TV Time didn't record enough about movies to match them safely.) • Importing now shows real progress — a proper bar and a running count, so a big library never looks like it has frozen. Restoring your own backups uses it too. • Backups now carry everything. Your episode notes, show ratings, muted shows, custom posters, the people you follow and your custom lists all travel with an export — several of them never used to, so a restore quietly returned a smaller library than the one that left. Restoring also keeps the dates you actually watched things, instead of moving them to when they aired. • Undo no longer costs you a watch. Checking off an episode that was already marked — from the widget, another device, or a double-tap — used to offer an Undo that removed the real watch already there. • If your iPhone is set to a non-Gregorian calendar (Buddhist, Japanese, Republic of China), every episode used to look as though it had already aired. Dates are now read correctly whatever calendar you use. • If iCloud ever failed to start, the app could open on an empty library while your shows were safe on the device the whole time. It now always opens your real library, with syncing simply switched off until iCloud recovers. • "Use air dates for watch history" can be undone straight afterwards, and the Shows tab loads faster with a large library.
