"body": "I’ve tried a couple of apps that offer similar services including Uber and Pathao. Unfortunately, Shohoz is by far the worse of them all. Very poor quality server. The rides keep canceling automatically. I literally spend 30 minutes and still could not get a bike. After a few days, I tried to order my dinner using their food service and again I was disappointed. 35 minuets after placing the orders the delivery man calls and tells me that he is heading towards the restaurant. 30 minuets after I get another call saying that the order has been cancelled. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Needs a lot of work in both human resource and information technology departments.",

"body": "I have fallen an accident while taking shohoz ride..I reported that for many times but in the end that have gone in vain..after that accident my fare was 60-70 .i paid to the rider as i was thinking that shohoz will return me and they will take some steps for that...but my thought was wrong...And still they did nothing and they deleted my report also..worst service i have seen ever...",
