   We recently had the pleasure of booking my honeymoon trip to Villa Nautica (previously known as Paradise Island Resort and Spa) in the Maldives through Sharetrip, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The Sharetrip website was easy to navigate, and I was able to compare prices from different airlines and hotels quickly and easily. Throughout the booking process, Zubair Ibne Shams (Rovan), Senior Executive, Sales at ShareTrip Ltd., provided excellent customer support and was always available to answer any questions I had. During our honeymoon, my partner and I stayed at Villa Nautica and had an amazing time. The accommodation was comfortable and well-appointed, and the amenities and services provided by the resort were top-notch. The Maldives is an incredible destination, and Sharetrip and Zubair Ibne Shams (Rovan) bhai helped make our honeymoon trip truly unforgettable by providing a hassle-free flight and resort booking experience. Overall, I highly recommend Sharetrip to anyone looking to book travel accommodations, especially for special occasions like honeymoons, and I especially commend Zubair Ibne Shams (Rovan) for his outstanding service.    I’ve been using the ShareTrip app on my iPhone for a while, and overall it’s been a very helpful travel companion. The design is clean, easy to navigate, and booking flights or hotels takes just a few taps. I especially like the TripCoins rewards system—it makes the app feel fun and gives me extra discounts on future bookings. One of the strongest points is the variety of services available in one place: flights, hotels, holiday packages, and even visa support. Payments are smooth, and I’ve also found some good deals through their bank offers. That said, I think there’s room for improvement. Some users (including me once) noticed that fees for changes or cancellations can feel a bit high, and it would be great if these were made clearer up front. Customer support replies could also be a little faster during busy times. Overall, ShareTrip is a reliable and user-friendly app for Bangladeshi travelers, especially if you book often and take advantage of the rewards. I’d definitely recommend it, but I also suggest double-checking fare rules before confirming bookings.

4. 1/5Worst for flight booking

   I am ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS about this blatant overcharging by ShareTrip! I have concrete proof that both flights were EXACTLY THE SAME PRICE, yet they had the audacity to charge me a BDT 900 "fare difference" out of nowhere! But wait, it gets even WORSE - they slapped on a 2000 taka fee that isn't mentioned ANYWHERE in ShareTrip or Air Astra's policies, PLUS a ridiculous 400 taka "service fee" and a bogus 49 taka "convenience fee" - convenient for WHO exactly?! Choosing ShareTrip + Air Astra was the biggest mistake I could have made - my Dhaka to Cox's Bazar flight is now costing me over 14,000 taka, which is MORE than any other available flight right now! I will be making a video to expose this deceptive pricing and warn others about their scamming tactics. Every single person needs to know how they're ripping customers off with these hidden charges, fake fare differences, and endless unnecessary fees. I have all the evidence to prove their dishonesty!

5. 5/5Best air ticket and hotel booking app from Bangladesh

   This is so far the best air ticket and hotel booking app. I didn’t try their visa service, so can’t tell. They have the best price, best app interface and quickest customer service. Just one suggestion as a corporate employee: like gozayaan, if they send a separate invoice along with air ticket, it would be easy to submit bill to company. Because, their price only mentioned on email body, which is not print friendly like invoices.
