   I dont usually write reviews but my last experience was one that i had to write about. The Shopper made my day😊. It was my best experience ever . Shopper Calvin exceeded my expectation. I added lots of items and i would normally request brands and forgot to mentioned it to him. All requested item he got all the brands that is popular quality brands it was as if he knew my taste. Hence my reason for this lengthy review. Calvin will definitely satisfy your needs.. The WOW factor! Ive been using this app since November 2019 Mainly because i lived on a second floor no elevator and because I really couldn't make time to grocery shop. The first app i found was instacart I signed up and didnt like anything about it the fees and the quality of shoppers, missing items etcetera. I figure having other people shop for me is a no no. So i google search and Shipt appeared. I signed up and the rest was history. Shoppers are awesome, they communicate all the time. I was skeptical about my fruits and fresh vegetables but no stress. They pay attention to details and if an item isnt there, they will send photos of many other options and brands to choose. During the high peak of the pandemic last year when everyone was using delivery, groceries were always delivered on time. I was most impressed when the shopper accidentally didnt picked up items that had buy one get one free items but was charged and the one free was not picked up, Shipt credited my account. Customer service is superior. Im sorry but i enjoy great service and if you are looking for great amazing shoppers look no further!

2. 5/5I switched to Shipt after how they handled the pack and play

   I needed a quick order, as I was home taking care of my sick family, and I just needed a few supplies. I used to order a lot of delivery orders. I used to be bed bound (I’m epileptic and have injuries from my time in service/war). I’m doing much better now, but the issues come and go. So I know it might change again, and I might lose my license again and need delivery services regularly. Anyways, today I was just tired and needed a few things to make some soup and just hold me over. When I went into my apps, I saw both apps Instacart and Shipt. But then I remembered seeing how Shipt stepped in and handled the pack and play situation, when they didn’t have to, nor were even involved. Whoever did that, needs all the raised. That was the best commercial for all us Moms struggling out here. I will only order Shipt from now on! Y'all did right by us Moms! Oh, and my Shipt order arrived early and in perfect condition! Now I can make yummy soup and tea for the family and hopefully get them back to feeling better! And I can back to resting up in the couch and stay in PJs all day. Momming is hard sometimes!

3. 4/5It’s good for the most part

   I have had this app for 7 months. It is convenient especially having a husband, a new born and two kids. Sometimes it is hard shopping with everyone lol. In the beginning, I had no problems. Customer service have always been great. Lately, I noticed that the type of workers that are being hired have not met the standards of what I am used to. There is one shopper that is exceptional. She communicates, tell you if a product is not available and takes pictures of what is. Then, she makes you pick your substitutions. I even told her to buy something for herself from time to time. I chose her as my preferred shopper. One thing about this app, they so try their best to get your preferred shopper. Lastly, the shoppers that have been shopping for me doesn’t even tell you when they start shopping. They select their own substitutions. The also drop off the groceries and never tell you they arrived. I had one shopper replace my Oreo and Ahoy cookie treats for my kids with green dog treats 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ (I’m still in awe). They substituted baby oil with lotion and picked up some type of pancakes that I never heard of to replace my Aunt Jamima. Other from that the $99 a year is cool if you shop over $35 for free shipping. However, if you are under that $35, you will be paying that $7 delivery fee regardless.

   Second time using the app just as bad or worse than the first bogo grocery store items default to 2 in your cart .you must buy 2 of the same item you cant get two different flavors. I made notes in the note section that apparently the shopper cant see unless the item is marked as not found . I could clearly see all notes in my order as i checked after paying( seeing how i had issues the first time) Both times i was issued a credit but ots not the money I Just want the items ordered not two of something else and why have a section for notes is they are not going to see or follow them. I asked the driver and they said the texted me and u did-not reply the text i got were im starting your order, im on my way and and your order has been delivered there were no mention of my notes I assume they were read and understood at this point. Not the case driver did not see notes and when i emailed i was told there were no notes . They dont show on the receipt only shows the items the shopper actually put in the cart snd which were missing from the order. Strike two , next time i will screen shot the notes . If the notes are there and order is still screwed up than strike three, your out. Then i review everywhere and start telling people Do Not Use this service!

   I believe the inventory is for several if not all the target stores in the area. Because I can ask shopper to look for items not on the inventory list that can be found. Also I have had shopper who were not properly trained. You ask if I need anything not on my order than have shopper that don’t know how to add them. I have seldom had an order that there wasn’t some issue. Products listed as one thing and the shopper see them as another. Some shoppers catch it others don’t so I get the wrong product. There is always something I shop for regularly that isn’t even in the inventory. And I shop with you a lot. I shop target because it’s the most affordable. Winn Dixie has several product I use so I have to make a second order or send my son to get them. Target has always been terrible about having a product that I end up trying and like it but then it’s never in inventory again. I use to tip with order. I tip afterward now. I had one shopper(male) that kept telling me the store didn’t have this or that. I sent my son that same afternoon and he came home with all the items. My conclusion: you and you shopper wasted my time. I believe the quality of shopper has improved now you need to improve so they can have a good and successful shopping trip. Jan Davidson
