1. 4/5Parking convenience & Danger

   The park app is very convenient and time saving. The rule to pull into spots is dangerously ridiculous. People can be xyz and intentionally fly up behind you as you are mid-blackout, so they can feel powerful and push themselves to be first. Young and old have done this! Its the current culture I suppose, but it’s absolutely dangerous for the rule follower. Is it a law one must park a certain fashion? Does SEPTA have cameras at each station to capture those taking advantage of a situation?

2. 1/5Waste of Storage and Time; fix Septa App!

   This app has given me a hard time since day one. I feel like a grandpa when I use it; I click anything too fast or 'wrong', the app just CRASHES. It's so unnecessarily dramatic, and because of how often these crashes occur, it can take me a half an hour to pay for parking. By that time I'm already at work lol. It's also just ridiculously redundant that SEPTA made ANOTHER APP to pay for parking? Hello? Did you forget you already have an existing app to add onto? Not to mention the added fact of that app ALREADY HAVING UNDERLYING ISSUES that have REMAINED UNRESOLVED FOR YEARS. As a consistent SEPTA rider I'm unbelievably frustrated with the idiotic choices being made here.

3. 2/5Money grabber

   This app is not easy to use. Very little info and what there is is not applicable to all lots. It took so long to figure out that the train was coming and i had to rush to finish. I said i would be parking for 6 days because that is how long the car will physically be there. 2 of them are the weekend, when parking is free. i got charged for 7 days (!) but they show 11 days on my account! It SHOULD SHOW YOU the days you are actually paying for, not just a number. I will know better next time but this cost me almost twice what it should have. Not impressed.

4. 1/5Used to be great and convenient

   For over 3 weeks now the “login through Apple” feature is broken. I always need to catch my train at rush hour and the parking meters are full. I paid via the app for a while but now the login feature is just broken. What’s worse is that I can’t even login any other way because it says my email ID and phone number cannot be used for login in any other way than Apple login. I got a ticket because the app isn’t working and I couldn’t pay. I am here to pay!! (Even if ridiculously overpriced). Broken app plus tickets. Bad form SEPTA.

5. 1/5Just does not work

   Maybe the first 2-3 weeks this app was out I was able to use it to pay for my parking. There was some difficulty with it, especially when entering payment information, but I was able to get it to work. Additionally, it would always forget my card info even though I saved it, so I constantly had to re-enter everything. However for ages now, it just straight up does not work. It doesn’t let me sign in. If I try to use my Apple ID, the screen pops up, it does a Face ID scan successfully, and then the little loading dots pop up, then they disappear and it just leaves me on the same sign in page. I’ve tried ALL of the other methods to sign in. Tried making new account using an email instead, my phone etc. And it just never lets me in. I’ve made sure the app is updated, I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it. Just can’t get it to work, I have to pay at the kiosk every time.
