   The app is great but I never downloaded before I downloaded it just a month ago and when I typed in my email it’s the correct one and it told me that my email is already used by another account and I swear I just downloaded it like I never had the Sephora app and it told me to sign in I added my email again but it takes a long time to request and idk why that happened and I swear that it is the correct email but idk the password

   Okay so first of all I made an account on the website because it seemed smart right? Well wrong because when I tried to get the app and set up my account it said my phone number was wrong. Im I’m USA and it didn’t have and option of anywhere near me I tried calling the workers and I think I talked to Veronica and she tried helping but it didn’t work. It was still saying that I needed to fix my phone number but I double checked oh and when I tried signing in it said my email was wrong like I got this app to make my life easier not to judge me. So Sephora, if your reading this helppp meeee your app is giving flop so make it slay and your ratings will go up. Edited: so sorry I’m stupid and didn’t relize I didn’t get the USA version of the app😭😅

3. 3/5Only good for a spear fishing customer, poor for discovery

   I hope your PM / tech team / Chalhoub sees this review: 1. Checking out on the app is a terrible experience. I’ve already decided what I want, I’ve ordered from Sephora UAE many many times. I shouldn’t have to click into each section to select my Delivery, Payment method, and Billing address each time. Please enable defaults for all of these based on last used OR if a user has only one address and payment method used, default to that. 2. Catalogue is not well maintained. For example: Color Wow is a brand that is not searchable via Categories. Product details, descriptions, and usage tips are no where up to par with Sephora US. I find myself going to the other Sephora app or TikTok to find better product images, swatches, and details because they are low quality on the app. 3. General navigation and performance issues: would be great if you could add to basket from the product tiles instead of having to click into each product. If I know what I want, just let me give you my money and go. App has been really slow lately, especially when loading product detail pages and adding to cart. Adjusting qty on the basket page also takes ages - where the qty selector works to remove an item from your basket (qty=0) but the Remove from Basket will throw errors and not work sometimes. 4. I have to click into each individual order to see the contents of that order vs showing it on the orders list. Also it would be nice to have something on the homescreen that allows me to quickly browse and add products I’ve bought in the past to my cart. Love the brand. Love that I can order from the app. Would love if you guys made some improvements to make the experience much smoother for your customers :)

   I love how good this app is I love how like you can really like look and like it’s not glitching everywhere and the team is so nice and like and I like how to make an iPad version and a phone version thank you so much, Sephora!!!!

5. 1/5Concerns Regarding Huda Beauty Partnership

   I respect Sephora as a global beauty retailer, but I personally value strong ethical standards when choosing where to shop. I have noticed ongoing public discussions and concerns online regarding Huda Beauty and its founder, Huda Kattan, particularly related to reactions and statements connected to human rights issues involving Iran. As a customer, seeing Huda Beauty still prominently promoted in stores makes me question Sephora’s consistency in addressing customer concerns about transparency and social responsibility. I hope Sephora considers customer feedback and carefully reviews how brand partnerships align with the values many shoppers expect.
