   If you constantly use the Santikos website to buy tickets. You must have this app! This app streamlines the process and has a great user interface along with awesome features. Take for example I bought tickets through the app and it can save multiple cards to purchase tickets with. After you buy tickets this app has a handy feature that reminds you that you have a movie at "X" time. It also keeps you signed in under your rewards program, so you don't have to keep logging in like with the website. I have not had any problems or complaints for this app. Anyone who likes to purchase tickets ahead of time and without hassle must have this app! You can even access the ticket stub on the app! No more searching through your email to find your ticket.

2. 1/5Not a fan of new update

   I’m a little disappointed with this new app update. As someone who watches many different movies in many different Santikos locations in the city, it’s frustrating to not have the option to highlight multiple theaters at the same time and see what movies they are all showing since some theaters don’t show the same thing. I myself frequent casa Blanca, Silverado, palladium and embassy. Embassy for instance shows smaller film awards movies in the fall that the others don’t and palladium has a lot of special events and early screenings the others don’t. Since I can only pick one theater at a time, I’m going to miss out on potential screenings that otherwise I would’ve gone to. Makes me want to just stick with Alamo drafthouse which has a great app and lets me look at all relevant locations for me at once (not to mention I can easily get a refund on their app unlike Santikos where I have to make a phone call for the same thing but I digress). Last thing I want to mention with this update is that when I get to the seat selection for a showing, the seats are really zoomed in and not fit to frame so I have to move around the screen and scroll back and forth just to see what seats are taken and which ones aren’t. I like to see how filled the whole theater is to determine where I want to sit so that’s also time consuming to scroll on that screen now. Loved the app before so hoping you can utilize any feedback to make it more user friendly again so I can enjoy Santikos like I used to. Thank you!

3. 4/5Great app! Just a few tweaks

   Great app to be able to purchase tickets and check your points! Does what it needs to do and does it well. No complaints there. There are some things that I think that can make it amazing though - APPLE WALLET: Add ability to add tickets to Apple Wallet like what Fandango and other apps do. Would be a great way to check ticket stubs without having to open the app - POINTS PROGRESSION: Would love to have a filter system to show based on how many points you have, it shows you what you are able to get from concessions for free and another option to look at items you could earn. - SUBSCRIPTION(?): This might be far fetched and nothing to do with the app itself but with chains like Regal & AMC, would be great to have Santikos’ own subscription service for those that love to go to the movies at least twice a month. Something like $10 a month to where you break even if you see 2 movies a month. Just a few thoughts but overall, great app!

4. 1/5Apple Wallet not supported?

   Movie theaters should be able to work Apple Wallet integration into their apps so that we have the option to open the tickets right away from the Apple Wallet app. This is crucial because the movie theater I visit from time to time is notorious to have extremely bad cellular service and if I forget to screenshot the ticket for that specific movie theater, I am going to have a VERY difficult time getting back into the Santikos app to recover the movie ticket within the app itself. I believe what should be done is to have the option to add our tickets to Apple Wallet once the transaction for purchasing the movie ticket is completed. If Santikos mobile app developers can actually integrate that feature, I would have no complaints about the app and bring my rating back to 5 stars.

5. 3/5rewards and points don’t show

   app is pretty good- i just re downloaded it after getting a few failed attempts at purchasing tickets. once it charged my card twice, i was done. then once summer started i thought i’d give it another try. purchasing is much smoother, app gives the choice of adding ALL tickets to apple wallet- the only drawback is the rewards system. i can NEVER see my point total OR rewards. it’s not until i get to the movie theatre does the cashier tell me i have rewards. otherwise i’d prolly never know. makes me wonder if that is done on purpose 🤷🏽‍♀️ in any case, i think it could be better.
