   I’m trying my best not to go here every day and maybe make my own salads, it’s just so great in every way, only found out it about it getting random cold call job offers from one on the other side of the city and wanted to try it. Its just a place that gets why people would want to go there- it’s hard to keep up fresh ingredients to make them yourself, I love salad, why wouldn’t I pay $2 more than a dole salad kit from the grocery store for one with all fresh ingredients and rotisserie chicken on it? I love Greek salads, loved my Italian grandmas antipasto growing up, thought I always disliked Kalamata olives but apparently I really like them when they haven’t sat in brine for years. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, $8 for something that fills me up more than other fast food joints, tastes better, and I feel great waking up the next day? This sounds like an ad but this place is a that kind of business model people say “I can’t believe nobody thought of that” but they did, it’s just done the right way in this instance

2. 5/5Love Salad and Go!

   I love this company. They are constantly improving, their food is fresh and delicious and the Sangria Lemonade has been my favorite drink ever. The Cowboy Cobb salad is my absolute favorite salad but I also like to occasionally try a new salad each time I order. I can’t wait to try their new menu items. I wish sometimes they had breakfast burritos all day but understand why they wouldn’t. The app is a breeze to use and I love that it has a few menu items I didn’t seem to notice on their drive thru menu board (might have just not noticed), like chocolate milk! Support Salad and Go and use their app!

3. 1/5Great company, pretty much the most annoying app.

   Make sure you keep an eye open if you have your location settings on it’ll just choose a store for you even though you’ve never ordered there before also there’s no phone numbers in the app no way to cancel an order whatsoever. This app has the absolute worst location settings I have ever seen in an application. I literally was a cross the street from a salad and go placed my order and it placed the order at a salad and go 3 miles away. In what world does this make any sense? Absolutely the most frustrating app ever almost makes me not want to bother placing ordersOn top of all of this if you notice it right away in the app there’s literally no way to even call them or move the order or anything like that you are out of luck you can’t even contact anybody to fix it it’s so pathetic your app coders are amateurs

4. 4/5First Time…of many!

   Downloaded and used the app today for the first time to order pickup. The app was a pleasant breeze to custom build the wraps we wanted. Wow! Great value for the money, and the ingredients we added to the order (corn, pico de gallo, lettuce, etc) were wonderfully fresh! At checkout, the app displayed the time my order would be ready for pickup at their pickup window. Based on this first experience, we’re definitely inclined to try some of the other menu items! I’m sure hoping Apple Pay is in the cards for this app soon. That always helps certain apps make my Go-To choices. (Who wants their credit card info on yet another server?)

5. 2/5Worst app redesign

   I tried logging into the app to place my order and it said my account didn't exist. WTH!! Why upgrade an app and wipe out all previous accounts? And not sure why you're calling this an upgrade. It takes longer to order now. I used to be able to see all the salads and wraps in a clean layout. Now I have to scroll side-to-side to see my choices. You didn't even app more features when ordering to make things easier, you just spread everything out. Why wouldn't you add an option to have dressing on the side. I still have to order "No dressing" and then tell them at the window I need my dressing on the side, which slows things down. Whoever you paid to redesign this app should look for a new career field.
