"body": "I did a three day free child review which for some reason that’s the only way I was able to use the app. They said they would send me a reminder and they never did. I was charged $65 for it and less than 24 hours I contacted them for reimbursement. I have not used the app since before they charge me and within less than 10 hours they brought back to me that I am not approved for a refund. This is not the way to treat customers and I’ve had two people come up to me so far to ask me about that app and I recommended them now to use it and I will continue to lobby against it.",
