5/5This app is my new shopping buddy!
I scan every item I pick up and have been surprised, more than a few times, on something I thought would be healthy, only to find out that it contains three, not so good, preservatives, and a color additive. I appreciate knowing what’s in my food, and I can decide from there if I want to buy the product or scan another one with different ingredients. I’m becoming more aware, and active, on knowing, and eliminating what chemicals I’m putting into my system by eating the available food. Every product has just a tiny bit (of whatever is not good to ingest), but it adds up because, if “it’s” in everything, then we consume our entire lives. That’s when the damage appears. So yea, I love and would recommend this app to anyone trying to be conscientious of the food additives and other things we’re exposed to without even knowing it. I paid to have all the features because it’s like having an encyclopedia listing every food, its dietary ingredients, a deep dive into any ingredient listed as important, and so, so much more. 🙂👍

5/5A FOOD APP THATS ACTUALLY SCIENTIFIC NOT ALARMIST
This is the first food scoring app I’ve used that isn’t completely alarmist and unscientific-ie leveling everything naturally as “good” and what’s publicly popular as “bad”, regardless of the scientific consensus ( see stevia and sucralose) It also condenses research in easy to read and understand paragraphs instead of quoting scientific jargon My biggest complaint is lack of inventory, I scanned 17 items in my kitchen with ZERO results before finally giving in and trying out the free trial. As a result It’s basically useless unless you payed and even then it’s more helpful for checking specific ingredients than a particular item.

5/5Best app yet
I've been searching through apps that will help me with dieting and finding healthier foods. I love the features this app has, many being free, especially with the cal intake/percentage of daily intake as well as the sugar, salt & sodium. Many other apps only list the harmful ingredients but this app shows the scale of the ingredients whether too much/too little even if its not neccessarily a chemical/harmful. I truly found this app life changing and I never shop without it. If your also looking for the same things as me, I highly recommend this app.

1/5Subscription charge
I’m pretty frustrated. I just got notification that my card has been charged for a year subscription. I signed up for the week free trial, and in the process was assured I’d receive a notification before my card was charged so I could decide whether or not I wanted to cancel before being charged. Having checked all mailboxes including spam, I was not notified and payment has been taken. Foolish me for relying on that reminder. As for the app itself, the small amount I’ve used it has not been very helpful. I find the rating system confusing and the info no better than EWG’s Healthy Living. Now that I have this app for a year, I’ll keep trying it and if my opinion improves, I’ll change my review, but at this point, no better than Healthy Living which is free.

5/5Seven Minerals Organic Castor Oil For The Win
For over a year now, I’ve been using this amazing product on my face for moisturizing, and it’s been a game changer! I also apply it to my stomach to aid digestion, and I love using it on my thighs with a dry brush for some extra care. It even works wonders as a hair mask! Plus, whenever I have sore muscles or achy joints, this has been my go-to remedy. Honestly, it’s nothing short of a miracle!
