1/5Doesn’t work
The app is constantly asking me over and over to renew membership, even though it says my membership is valid until 2025. It’s been three days and I have not recieved any reward points for reloading my card or playing games. The app is also not updating with the current credits on my card. It says I have 115 credits, when I actually have close to 35. Kind of frustrating to get rid of the longstanding stamp system which rewards frequent customers, to go to this system which doesn’t even work nor does it incentivize frequently visiting round one.

3/5Needs Apple Pay, ASAP.
I’m knocking 2 stars off this app because to reload a card requires the user to stand there and manually enter all bank card details, for each card. So if you’re reloading 2 cards for example, you have to go through the whole process 2 times. I’m going to assume they did this to avoid paying Apple Store fees? …Why in the WORLD would you guys make your customers stand at a game machine, find and pull out a credit card, then have to type in a card number + expiration + CVC + billing zip??? Apple Pay or local encrypted storage of the bank card details is a thing, and NEEDS to be implemented ASAP. Thanks.

1/5No reward point
You can’t get reward point. I refill on my app and there’s no reward point, my boyfriend and I are big arcade gamer and we spend almost $1k at round 1 and no reward point update when we purchase it through the guest counter either. Either way you don’t get no reward point. You only get the benefit to look at the card amount and ticket amount and the membership of paying $110 for 825 credit.

1/55 months later and still unusable
EDIT #3: No matter what credit card I use I keep getting an error that says it cannot fill my card. I have been told at the store that there is no more in store scanning, points are earned automatically by playing the games. Have been there several weekends in a row and my account is still sitting at 0 points. What exactly is my “premium membership” earning me at this point?

Do not go here, the app wont let you utilize apple wallet for fast payment, also people watch the machines and pirate the coin pushers if you go to reload at the terminal, it says online its against the rules but if you tell staff and even if they look into your card history the. say they will reimburse pr rectify it, they wont. They lie to you and get your card number only to not do it. Do not go to round one save your money.
