   My journey with Robeks began with that irresistible first sip, and since then, I've been captivated by their array of delectable smoothies. It's an understatement to say that I've yet to encounter a beverage I don't adore on their menu. The Robeks app has been an invaluable companion in this flavorful adventure, boasting user-friendliness that makes placing orders a breeze. The homepage infographic, which allows me to effortlessly track my accumulating reward points, adds a practical and enjoyable touch to the overall experience. Yet, there's a caveat that prevents me from awarding a perfect five stars: the app's persistent hiccup when it comes to processing my payment. It's frustrating, to say the least, to have to re-enter my credit card information with every purchase. This technical glitch consistently plagues my transactions, and it's a disheartening interruption to an otherwise enjoyable experience. Even the camera feature designed to scan credit cards fails to deliver the expected convenience. And before you ask, I've attempted this on my trusty iPhone 14 Pro, so it's not an issue with my device. Despite this vexing challenge, I remain optimistic that the talented developers behind the Robeks app will come across this feedback and diligently address these issues. After all, it's the exceptional taste and convenience that have cemented my loyalty to Robeks, and I eagerly anticipate a future where I can indulge in my favorite treats without these troublesome checkout roadblocks. Here's to smoother and more seamless transactions ahead, complemented by Robeks' irresistible flavors!

2. 5/5Because of your Employee, your app gets a kick 😁

   Shoutout to Anthony L. At the Terra Nova Plaza location for helping me find a good peanut free way to customize my favorite protein drink for my peanut allergic partner!! I had asked them about options for different drinks & left a little while to show my partner the menu & when I came back later Anthony remembered exactly what I wanted & it was a Great First Robek’s for her & a Still too Delicious from me!!! 7 Stars for great customer service & making genuine moments no matter where! 😁

3. 4/5Very convenient

   Very convenient after leaving the gym as there is one right next to the LA Fitness I workout at. No waiting in lines, I just walk in, pick up my smoothie and leave. Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because there is no where in the app to customize your order. At least, not that I can find. I would like to be able to hold the bananas or easy on the cinnamon, for example. I always have to call ahead after I put the order in using the app and tell them, “easy on the cinnamon.” This is counterintuitive and should be an option inside the app.

4. 1/5Waste of time

   I am so annoyed that I took an hour out of my day to work this app and still didn’t get my drink. I used my last couple of dollars to fill up this card, which I had to sign in to get to no less then 6 times in an hour and clear the privacy warning EVERY time. I realize this is the epitome of first world problems, but I am on a high protein liquid diet for the past six months bc of medical conditions and when I arrived to the store for help, the only person in the store did not speak English and could not help me. So I wasted my last couple of dollars and had no lunch to show for it. I have a masters degree. Not in apps obviously, but it should not be this complicated. Sign in ONCE EVER, that sign in should also include registration and then your money should be right there, after you order! Going back and forth between app and internet is too much! Now the Starbucks app... that app is so extremely user friend and this one is way too many steps! too bad I can’t get protein at Starbucks or I would never try this app again :( keep it simple!!!!

5. 5/5Robeks is the best!!

   If you guys are looking for natural and super healthy then Robeks is the place to be! Most of their ingredients are vegan and everything is organic and natural! My all time favorite is the lean green smoothie. It really helps burn that nasty stubborn stomach fat! I use it every time I workout! They also have smoothie bowls and shots like the lemon ginger shot with some Cayanne pepper it’s really great for colds! Anyway give it a try and check them out! The staff are very friendly and they know a lot about the products!! Love you guy! Sincerely Nicole ❤️
