   So after ripping 3,287 packs and loosing a lot of money , leaving a few bad reviews , deleting them , and some hard self reflection I figured i should come back and give a truly honest review . Looking at just the app itself it is what it claims , the odds aren’t accurate from my experience based on basic math and probability but I been told I use the odds wrong so that may be on me . What I can say is I have always left negative but I have been up on deposits and chose not to withdraw so with that being said you can make money and you can get nasty cards . What I love is you have a chance to get cards you never could afford simply by bidding on packs or buying store packs . The variety is truly unmatched and evens the playing field for true collectors which is the beauty of the app . The hardest part for me is stopping . I try to aim for a specific card which makes it easy for me to loose money fast and end up at 0 but im starting to learn and getting better with cashing out which had made it easier to find the beauty in this app . It is creative and truly what it claims to be it is . I don’t think they try to scam anyone and some of those review is are just normal buissness mishaps . Start with a referral pack so ur not down my best advice and know what to quit

   Every card shipped to me. I enjoy it except for the ones I mistakenly hit that I don’t want. I do have one big thing that’s been happening to me so I had money in my account and for some reason, it takes my money it has done this twice. I have tried to contact support and always have trouble trying to contact support because the. Asks you simple questions you can’t just speak to the app and say hey you took six dollars away from me. Every time I try to refresh it and start over it’ll take one or two dollars away that I have left to rip. Concern I don’t know how to explain it but yeah so far it’s taken 10 bucks away from me. Haven’t been able to get that back but other than that I’m really enjoying Rips and just love the whole app. I love the cards that I rip so I ship them and those that I don’t of course I just keep playing. I do think you should baseball on there anyways thanks for your time for listening. This is the first review that I actually put on here mainly money taken away from me and I want to see how I can get it back The other thing I wanted to add was the slabs that I get. I wish they would send them in the boxes instead of the cardboard ones that we’ve been getting. I just feel that every slap should be sent in the black box that was sent at the beginning when I first started. So today is June 27 I have not received my new shipment of cards I have shipped

   This app is fun, I feel it gives you a certain amount of security in the sense that you have a minimum value on every pull. However even if you pull a gold I find it’s still short when it comes to the value of the pack. In that sense you are at the mercy of a second system that randomly generates a card of that rarity often found to be significantly lower than the max pull for that rarity. However you are still getting a card, there are two main types of people that will play this, money chasers and card enthusiasts. If you are looking to pull cards than this is objectively better than pulling from physical packs. I haven’t gone further than the 50 dollar packs, but can confidently say I’ve lost maybe 3-400 with around 500 packs opened. I did ship a single card as my gf liked it and received it in less than a business week. If your chasing cards play if you’re chasing money it’s a gamble. Truthfully I wish they had a reward system that rewarded you for opening a certain amount of packs. Similar to a casino you kinda want to have a reason to spend money with them. Maybe free packs with bundle purchases or boosters for rarity? Would be a nice touch if you truly want to spend money on the game. As for everyone having issues adding and withdrawing money idk what your talking about, I can transfer in from multiple cards and withdraw easily to a bank account. Add something similar to triumph arcade where I can buy bundles which give me extra money or daily rewards. If that was done id feel more ok with losing my money knowing I have a chance to earn it back tmrw.

4. 2/5Fun App, but beware if you get an expensive card

   I’ve spent a lot of money on this app, and for the most part have been very satisfied. It got to a place where I had accumulated some cash on here, and decided to open one of the more expensive packs. I opened a card worth around $875, and had it shipped - I was so excited. I’ve had 7 cards shipped without issue, so I had built some trust in the app. In this case, I had this card shipped with 2 others at the same time (all separate shipments). I have since received the other 2, but not this one. The card was due to be delivered 4 days ago (per USPS tracking #). I can’t get in touch with anyone from support - the AI chat bot keeps ending the chat or not responding. I’ve sent 3 emails to 3 separate triumph support emails, and even filed a claim with USPS - since the package was received by their facility 2 weeks ago. USPS came back and said to contact the business as the package had not left CA. Tried calling Triumph as well. Very disappointed in the fact that I spent quite a bit of money (especially on the pack to open this card) and have had 0 contact back from support. Really hoping they get back to me some day - this was one card I always dreamed of having. Rather disappointed here - be careful of spending too much money on this, as you may get ghosted - I confirmed this on Reddit as well and many others are experiencing the same situation. Will update this review if I hear back - going on 10 days with no response from Triumph so far.

5. 5/5Feels good again

   I started collecting Pokémon cards when I was in high school, about 25 years ago. Just before I graduated I lost them all in a house fire, 3 binders full. They weren’t the rarest in the world but there were a lot that would have been worth a good amount today. But more than losing money I felt like I lost a part of myself. I was so sad that I never bought another card since. But then, 25 years later, I see this app and I downloaded it without even thinking about it. I bought a single $1 pack and it made me feel something I haven’t felt since that fire. It was awesome. I haven’t been able to stop and I’ve recruited a couple of buddies as well. I haven’t pulled anything crazy but it sparked something in me. I pulled a graded PSA 10 Iono’s Wattrel and I just had to have it shipped. That same day I went into my towns only card shop for the first time and I bought a pack of cards to rip. It felt so good having all these old emotions bringing me back to my childhood. Now I’m probably not gonna ever get back what lost in terms of monetary value but I am absolutely thrilled to have this old part of me feel alive again. So thank you to the folks behind this app, I will be forever grateful.
