  1. 3/5Still working out the kinks.

Overall ease of use for users. Breakers are still getting to know the system. Some randomizers could be better. Ease of use when wanting to purchase more than one spot or team in a break would be nice instead of 38 purchases which tends to lock your account or bank card. Some breakers are forces to make placer breaks or not actual breaks just to be able to use the randomizer for other purposes during the stream. Would like to see a price comp feature to see what other breakers are charging for the same spots or teams. Once you find a breaker I feel you will tend to stick with them picking spots you may not necessarily want. Other breakers may have breaks you would much more prefer but never visit there stream. Also would like to see a fanatics rewards system built in for customers. Random giveaways or promotions to help build the brand and the breakers who use your platform

  2. 2/5Buggy app missing key features

It’s hard to believe that this app has 4.8 stars… main annoying things about it: the app is constantly trying to bring you back to the screen that shows how many credited dollars are in your fanatics account? The app is constantly switching me back to the billing tab, any time I leave the app or open Notification Center or anything, it’ll snap back to the billing tab, almost like they’re trying to encourage me to spend the promo dollars ASAP. But this persists even when my wallet balance is zero?? Another very annoying thing and this surprising: why on earth would there not be a tab or a page that displays only the upcoming shows that I have a paid slot in. It’s hard to believe in the app that I can’t go from ‘my orders’ directly to the show link that I have a paid slot in. This app is awful. Once my promo dollars run out, I’ll delete it simply because of how annoying it is to manage this app. Lastly, when sellers or breakers send me links within the app to shows ON YOUR APP, that link should open within the same app, or at least present an option within safari to reopen that link back inside of the app. So many bugs. This app needs help. People must be blindly rating it before they even use it.

  3. 1/5This app is just not it.

I was excited to try this app but now I’m regretting every bit of it. I began with making a small purchase, a pokemon booster bundle for $55, just so that I could learn the app mechanics. There’s been absolutely no transparency since. I bought the bundle on the 12th, it’s now the 17th and I haven’t received tracking or a response from the seller at all. I’m incredibly glad that I didn’t drop the $300+ that I was originally wanting to. I attempted to contact support because I there’s been no movement and I finally got a response that was completely unprofessional, terrible grammar- I have no idea what the person was trying to suggest. I was told by them to wait until the 24th to see if I get tracking by then… so 12 days after my purchase. That’s absolutely insane. I spend a good bit of my hard earned money on my collection hobby and this isn’t the app to do that with. If you want card auctions stick with Whatnot and if you like instant card rips stick with Triumph Rips. People deserve transparency when spending their hard earned money.

  4. 2/5Not user friendly for buyers

I'll say the positive first: the app opens smoothly and didn't crash. That warrants two stars. Now the negatives: the interface is too busy. All I see are endless thumbnails of streamers without being able to see what products they are currently opening. The app is just a collection of breakers but doesn't provide useful information. When I filter by sport, it displays any breaker who offers a product from that sport, but no way to further filter by who is currently breaking product from that sport. So if I want to jump into a hockey break, I'd have to manually click into every displayed thumbnail to see if they are actually opening that product. I also cannot filter by specific product. Pricing transparency is also non-existent. I can't sort breakers by product and compare break style (say, random team vs. pick your team) and respective pricing. I also am unable to see ratings or reviews for individual breakers, nor can I leave public reviews. Overall, this seems like a perfect example of the fanatics experience: shiny and new, but without substance.

  5. 1/5Buyer beware

I joined about 2 months ago. My second break The seller shipped me their business card, never shipped the cards that was due to me. After weeks going back and forth they admitted it was their error. Because they sent me something they couldn’t reimburse me and advised for me to reach out to Fanatics and so I did. I sent them the screenshots of the communication between me and the breaker and they declined to send over for an approval of reimbursement to the breaker. I opened a claim with my bank and they declined that. I reached out to the breaker and again they confirmed the funds were due back to me I then sent another request to my bank and they clearly see the seller admitted to not sending what was due, my bank also sent the proof of the breaker admitting that. And after 2 months. I finally got my money back. I deleted my account and will never use Fanatics again. I do not recommend this app or fanatics to anyone as the breakers and fanatics came off shady to me.

This update brings a cleaner, faster live breaking experience — redesigned show cards, a refreshed break detail page, a smoother home screen, and a round of fixes to streaming, checkout, and the shop. What's new: Show cards have a new look with updated corner styling, spacing, and a faster quick shop button Break detail pages are cleaner: the spots list now collapses and expands so you can focus on what's available, Chapters in replays are now easier to read over the stream and chat

  • 6.16

What's new? Search has a new landing page and updated results layout Watchlist now shows your saved shows in a grid, with a title at the top — consistent with the rest of the app Stash or Pass has a new visual All livestream modules now consistently use a "View" button instead of a nav arrow Bug fixes: Fixed an issue where sub-break randomization was staying on "Awaiting assignment" instead of showing the assigned spot Purchase toast confirmation now shows correctly after buying a spot from the Shop tab Chat messages no longer send with leading or trailing spaces

  • 6.17

Swipe through all active streams. Swiping up through shows to go through every active livestream. One continuous feed, no dead ends. Long press on show cards. Long pressing any show card now shows a menu with quick options — watch, share, and more — without having to open the show first. The active break stays pinned in Quick Shop. The break that's currently being ripped now always appears at position #1 in the shop regardless of whether its spots are sold out. Once the break completes, it moves to the sold section. Sticky tabs on shop profiles. The Shows and Replays tabs on a seller's shop profile now stick to the top when you scroll, so you can always switch between them without scrolling back up. Chat keyboard improvements. Swiping down on the chat input now dismisses the keyboard. Swiping between streams is also blocked while the keyboard is open, so you no longer accidentally skip to another show mid-message. Wallet total currency fix. Fixed an issue where USD and GBP balances were incorrectly added together as the same currency for international users.

A big update for live auctions, a new winner reveal animation, and a cleaner home experience. What's new in 6.18: Max Bid is live! Set a maximum you're willing to pay and let the app bid on your behalf automatically during live auctions A new winner reveal animation is here. Instead of a spinning wheel, names and team logos fade through one at a time and land on the winner with a shimmer effect. Cleaner, faster, and built to feel like a real reveal moment The Live tab hero card has been refreshed with updated proportions, a better gradient over the bottom so shop names and titles stay readable, and a cleaner overall layout Break and spot titles in the shop are no longer truncated. Long product names now display in full Bug fixes: Spot type label no longer overlaps the progress bar on shop cards with long product titles The spin wheel now correctly appears when exactly 2 random auction spots remain PiP is more reliable. The loading spinner no longer gets stuck after restoring a minimized stream, and closing PiP no longer leaves the livestream screen lingering behind Your vault address now shows up consistently in checkout. It was intermittently missing for some users

  • 6.19

A stability and polish release, with several meaningful fixes to the live show experience. What's new: Login and onboarding screens now correctly follow your device's light or dark appearance setting Bug fixes: Fixed an issue where the bottom navigation bar was overlapping the chat, shop, and wallet buttons when entering a live show with the Liquid Glass appearance You can now swipe-to-go-back when tapping into a break from the shop Newly added shipping addresses now appear in the checkout and wallet address list.

  • 6.20

A release focused on audio reliability, PiP fixes, and a round of seller ratings polish. What's new: Livestream audio now behaves reliably throughout your session. If something else is playing when you open a show, it pauses and the stream takes over. If you muted a show, it stays muted when you return to it. When you leave a show, your other audio picks back up where it left off. Sub-breaks now include a short explanation in the break detail page so buyers know what they are before purchasing, matching how serialized spots. Giveaway rules are now accessible directly in the stream. Seller ratings and reviews have been refined: all category ratings are now required when a buyer gives 1 to 4 stars, a Cancel button appears on the final review step, long review text no longer gets obscured while typing, and sellers without any ratings yet now show a "Not yet rated" state matching web Bug fixes: Fixed an issue where entering the shop while a show was playing in PiP was closing both the stream and shop and kicking you back to the home tab PiP video was disappearing for guest users when navigating to the Marketplace screen, while audio kept playing The in-show wallet was showing stale account funds and rewards balances after an update
