2/5Hit or Miss
It’s extremely hot or miss whether or not the app is going to display the bus on the route properly. Half the time the “real-time” bus is literally not on the map, so you just have to guess if it’s actually coming. I’ve also had multiple times where real time estimate for arrival is 10 minutes out, and then the bus teleports and arrives the next minute. If I can’t trust the real time estimate may as well not put it there. To me it seems like this app has a serious problem with actually tracking the busses, either because the busses themselves have bad hardware, drivers aren’t sending updates, or connectivity issues. At the end of the day it’s not reliable which is a big problem

3/5When it works it's pretty good
When it's working and real time locations are showing it's a very helpful app. However, frequently entire lines will lose tracking and show no real time schedules. I don't know if it's the infrastructure of the tracking systems or what. But it's impossible to navigate when this happens and you have to just show up at a stop hoping one arrives on schedule. Needs better support in these situations.

2/5We already had a great app
This app feels like a poor attempt to force us all into one space. They’ve got the fares and the map, and they lock you in by making you create an account. The old system was perfectly fine being able to let us buy passes and have them open and ready for whenever we needed them.

3/5email error
I go to register a email it sends a email to my Gmail then once I verify it it says to login turns out the password is wrong in a account I made and I took a picture and wrote down the password for in case I forget it still says incorrect password I go to forget password it says email already exist???? So what is the problem

1/5Why innovate backwards?
You original was rudimentary, but perfectly fine, if you wanted to move in a different direction, why not move to integrating apple wallet, accepting tap to pay. instead you moved backwards to forcing network requirements pushing out international travelers that don’t have a local carrier. and moving from NFC to QR? you we from adequate to unusable. Why not use Cubic for the card reader, and Littlepay for software, which would allow direct credit/debit card payment, and NFC payment. bus tracking and eta already exist, Transit app or Google maps had better live information. there was not a need to integrate this. i understand you need to make money elsewhere so you don’t need to raise price, but really data collection and selling?
