4/5Pretty Good App!
This app is amazing to get free patterns from! I love the helpful features for customizing patterns and converting them too! I love having a ton of options right in front of me to choose from easily instead of having to search for exact pattern I want on google or Pinterest. I’ve had a few problems though. It is a bit slow, so patience is needed a bit. I’m not a big fan of the limit of free patterns you can get a day, it should be stated in the beginning so you don’t go pattern crazy, then after the five, you find on you really want, but find out you can’t get it for another 24 hours. These aren’t exactly issues, but they could maybe be improved a bit. My only bigger issue, I’d that I found a pattern that was followers only, so I followed that person, but when I tried to get the pattern, it said I needed to follow the designer first, even though I already did. Overall, it is an amazing app if you have patience!

5/5BEST APP EVER!!
I cannot begin to describe how amazing this app is!! I’ve had it for over a year now, and it’s the best thing ever! They have so many amazing features like being able to rebuild and easily create patterns, posting journals of your finished plushie, being able to sell patterns and makes, as well as being able to cross off lines/rounds in a pattern once you finish it, and so much more. They offer so many patterns both free and paid. It’s also super easy to startup and manage a shop, and have testers even as an absolute beginner! There are tester calls, sales, everything. But the best part has to be its amazing community💗 you can easily connect with so many other crafters of all ages! Everyone is so supportive and kind and friendly. There are multiple chats where you get to share makes, talk anything crafty. Whenever you have a problem, need help, or just wanna share something, it’s so easy to make a post for it! I’ve made so many friends on this app it’s crazy. Ribblr is one of the highlights in my life, I couldn’t live without it <3

5/5Amazing for every crocheter!
to be honest, I was not sure about this app at first, as it gave off some sketchy vibes… But later on I decided to check it out and I am so happy that I did!! This has been an amazing tool for me as a pattern creator. If you are new to making patterns, i HIGHLLLLYYYY recommend this app for you! It has all the tools you could possibly need and makes it super easy for you to navigate! You can also do tester calls on here which is so much easier than having to post everywhere on social media just to find maybe one person :’). But, you don’t have to just be a pattern creator for this app to be amazing! This app is also good for people just shopping for patterns, as if feels like more of a safer space compared to bigger websites, like Etsy for example. Also, did I mention that AI is not allowed? Another loss for Etsy and another win for Ribblr! XD Etsy is great too, but I 1000% recommend Ribblr to every fiber artist. So sorry if my thoughts are all over the place, I just really love this app!

ribblr used to be my absolute go to for most patterns. i love the interactive patterns and there are a lot of great patten makers on here, but oh my god i cannot deal with how SLOW the app has gotten. i have good internet and it take upwards of 30-40 seconds to load anything, and don’t even get me started on how long it takes to load photos. i’ve waited upwards of 5 minutes before for it to load the payment screen to buy a pattern. ribblr is basically unusable for me on computer since you can’t just scroll through the pattern and have to load each section individually. and what is up with mandatory follows to get a pattern? this shouldn’t even be an option for pattern makers to have. if i like a persons patterns i will follow them anyway, but pattern makers can only have one pattern and i HAVE to follow them to get it? it wouldn’t be so bad but then i get no less than 10 notifications for each pattern that comes out for each person i have to follow to get a pattern. i don’t think i’ve ever seen an app get so bloated and awful to use so quickly. currently in the process of writing down the patterns that are ribblr exclusive (not to share) so i can actually use them.

I love this app so much! I now mostly only use patterns from Ribblr, because they’re e-pattern features make following patterns so much easier for the ADHDer - I can tick off one stitch at time, one row at a time, etc. no more losing track of which row I’m on! There are sooo many free patterns in here, and the paid ones are read only priced (at least to me, but pricing is relative). It’s infrequent that I need to search elsewhere for a pattern I’m looking for. They also offer weekly sales, and there’s giveaways and ways to earn gems (a currency to get patterns), and this month they are offering specific paid patterns for free each day of the month! I was introduced to the world of pattern testing from this app. It’s a rewarding experience to test a creators pattern and help them fine-tune it! They’ve also got a community feature so you can connect with other creators! There’s community spaces, like a ND crafter space, or Christian crafters space - so you can connect with crafters who you have even more in common with! I’ve met some cool people through this app!! The support team is on top of things, fixing any glitches that may arise promptly! Seriously I login to this app everyday, and am so grateful for it!!

Access your public journals by clicking 'My Patterns' then 'My Journals' and hit the share button! NEW REVIEW SYSTEM To help you find the right pattern for you, we're introducing a new & enhanced review system. You can now see other people's reviews and journals on any pattern listing on Ribblr! See other crafters' work and follow their projects to see if a pattern is for you. You can review patterns directly within your personal journals to help designers and crafters. ACCESSIBILITY As you probably know, Ribblr is packed with lots of accessibility features. What? From dark mode and reduce motion to selecting your size, language and font size. We've now improved our left hand mode, which allows you, our beautiful left hand crafters, to craft with ease.
