1. 5/5Wonderful living at The Savoy :)

   As I sit ou on my balcony this morning, I felt compelled to share the very positive changes that have recently occurred here. I have lived at The Savoy for about 9 years now, and I have NEVER been so pleased with the way the property is being managed. First, I moved to a larger apartment in March- there was a transition in management at the time, but Dwayne handled it extremely efficiently, professional, and he genuinely did an outstanding job to ensure a seamless move for me. Sarai in the front office was SO kind, helpful, and patient as she took the time to show me all options-and, yes... I tend to be quite “picky”- but she happily greeted me each time I wanted to see another unit. Then Justine came on board as the property manager. She is extremely sweet, and genuinely strives to ensure that The Savoy is up to her standards as if she lived here herself. A Very good team in the leasi g office now! Pressure washing has taken place, grounds are manicured, Maintenance has NEVER been better with both Anthony and Walter. Thanks to this amazing team, The Savoy is better than ever. Pool hours are enforced for respect of the community- in the past we were allowed to only have 3 guests maximum at the pool, however some did not abide by this and invited more than allowed without giving thought the we all share the space. If anything needs attention in this regard Signal Security promptly assists to keep the area the way it was intended to be. Nonsense, and illegal activity is NOT tolerated here. Also, there are many security cameras discreetly placed ad well as a new gate box installed and reconfigured to deter gate entry cards that are no longer valid. Last, but not least I came home to find BEAUTIFUL pool furniture. I cannot express how much the genuine integrity goes in to making The Savoy a nice community once again!

2. 1/5A hassle to work through trying to view a property

   The description states that showing will only be made available for applicants who complete the application process. The cost for one application is $16 and I did just that. I called the company to schedule a tour and was informed that since my wife would be living as a tenant with me, she would also need to complete and application and put $16 for a property we might not choose to go with. I assured the lady I was speaking with that I would be the only one seeing the property and would gladly complete the application if we decided to go forward with the rental. This option fell on deaf ears. I’ve been a realtor and around realtors for decades and understand the health, safety, and evaluating applications. Rent. ‘s process is a hindrance not a help. After twice almost completing the application on the mobile app before a glitch refreshed my screen and wiped out all the information, and then speaking with this representative, the questions I have in mind are: I wonder if rent also manages the property in which case, I’m not interested and do the owners know how much of a roadblock this company is putting up for eager customers. I recommend against using rent. for your property management and rental needs. If you had 4 people in your household over 18, then you’d be paying $64 just to tour a property (that’s at least two tickets to the zoo in my area and an activity I know I’d like).

   I’ve contacted a property I’ve noted didnt photo and now know why I wouldn’t need. In every way qualification’s /credential/ situation of mine is certain exact unchanged. To a costly bother tour anything would’ve failed one qualification something that I’ve to assume an entire spectrum comprised of everyone’s qualifications and first filter to find and functionable. To explain a full qualification assessment in msg cause applications I fail em filling em, when thank god profile less yet before finding applying to than zillows log in recreate lockup n hinder. I’ve nothing working for me like a copy paste could benefit. Forget rate comparisons and employ to getn it. Eliminating property management companies list, seen nothin private lorded,

4. 3/5Needs better filters and photos

   As a property app it’s functional. The photo setup is bad though, why can’t I look at the photos in an icons style all together? Having to scroll through them one by one and wait for them to load is agonizing. I don’t care about high quality photos of every property, but I do care about quickly looking at the kitchen, bathrooms, and yard so I can tell if it’s fenced in, has decent counter space, and has a bathtub or standing shower only. Also the property owners often have to put details that should be filters on the site into the description which is frustrating. Dogs allowed but only small dogs, fenced in yard, 2 car garage vs 1 car, basement, office, etc. And there are lots of rental properties on here that are for sale, which should majorly affect someone’s decision to rent. That should be a big flag, and something that should be an automated check for the site via API. No renter wants to be surprised that they are getting a new landlord.

   I love this website. It gives me in my price range and it also gives plenty of options. There’s no downfalls, but only one and the only downfall is that they don’t get back in touch with you and they don’t leave a contact information as a phone number, but other than that they’re listings are great, it gives you hope that you may find a place but can let you down because no one gets in touch with you. I feel that it can upgrade by getting in touch with people and leaving a contact phone number for the property owner getting in touch with you in a decent time matter.

   overpriced ridiculously overpriced. overpriced did I mention overpriced WHO ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH 🌎 GATSBY'S RIDICULOUS APPS FOR THE UPPER CLASS AND SOMEHOW WILL SPEND $1,800 A MONTH ON AN EFFICIENCY OR SOME LOUSY ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT? 😂
