   I tried logging into the app using my web password, and it indicated wasn’t valid. I reset my password and completed that process successfully after finding the email in my spam folder. Tried to use it to login on the app, and it kept putting up the squares as it processed. Then the app removed the overlay with the squares and brightened the login screen with the word “Error” under the password. When it didn’t like the password, it gave more information. Started getting ready to go to Chik-fil-a instead but decided to give it one more chance on the web. Logged in fine with the same, new password and email address on the web. Placed order and enjoyed fish and chips. I still get “Error” every time I login on the app. Perhaps, it’s because my password is 24 characters long? Not too interested in troubleshooting further. Will use website or checkout another restaurant if more convenient.

2. 1/5Rewards Lost!

   I have a rewards account with Red Robin. I have been going for a while now and can only afford to go sparingly (eating out gets pretty spendy no matter where I go, but especially at a nice sit-down place like Red Robin). Anyway, yesterday I opened my app and it had me log in again, which I was fine with. What was odd about it though, is the fact that it asked for my birthday when I’ve had that on my account already for over a year. I added my birthday and everything looked fine. My account looked as it always has with three of my kids birthdays added to it as well. This morning, however, I opened the app to find all of the birthdays gone, including my own. Not only that, but the rewards I had built up from past orders were gone. Yesterday, I was 3 orders away from a free item, not counting the meal I had with my family that very evening. This morning, when I should have seen it update to “2 orders away,” I found my account progress reset! What is going on? What happened to my rewards points? What happened to my account? It appears as if I have a brand new account with no history.

3. 5/5Cleared out checkout cart and can’t add credit card

   Edit: Was going to rate this one star but found that I had already wrote one star review for a different issue lol. For whatever reason you can only add a credit card during the checkout process, which is fine I suppose however it does not let you save the credit card number after entry so basically the app is useless as it does not let you complete the order without credit card. If Apple Pay was an option my issue would be solved, but this app is flawed and outdated so of course Apple Pay is not an option. Also lost all of my rewards that I had from a year ago which probably not an issue of the app itself but still annoying. Previous issue Was in the process of creating an order. Switched to the browser app for a few minutes, went back to app and cart was empty, need to rebuild the order.

   App does provide option to ask for ranch for fries (I normally have about 3-4 little cups they use when I’m at the restaurant). App doesn’t produce option to ask for free fry fills (I normally fill mine twice when I eat at Restaurants). I was able to talk to the nice associate at store that handles the TO-GO Curbside Pick Up orders and she was happy to look out for my order and make sure the fry fills and ranch was put in with my order. Kiddos to the Happy Valley Phoenix AZ Location. I wish there was a place in the app order area to add a note to staff.

5. 1/5App stopped working after last update

   App no longer lets the order process at the end. Once you’ve entered everything, including the credit card information, a pop-up appears asking for a phone number. I enter my phone number and it keeps saying it can’t validate my phone number. My phone number is on my account with a green checkmark showing it has been validated. Anyway, you end up in a never ending loop with the pop-up screen and you cannot bypass it. I have rebooted my phone and I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. The last two times I went to the website and was able to place my order there.
