2. 3/5Love RA but the bugs make it very hard to use?

   If I didn’t love RA for existing and want to support them I would give this app 1 star. Everytime I use this app to see if someone has any upcoming shows, but I go to look something up in a different app hoping I will be able to just come back to the RA app on the page I had open like I left it, it totally resets, removes my seatch results, and takes me back to the g*dd*amn location-centric events homepage and I have to start all over again. So frustrating I don’t see the value of using this app as it ends up making me do everything over and over again. It also feels strange to me that the main homepage is only based on your location… I know I, and many people I’ve met at shows, view going to shows in different cities as an opportunity to discover new places. I’d personally rather just have a homepage that shows me what my favorite artists have coming up, regardless of location. I’d be curious to see how the app would improve after user observation or like a focus group so the team could learn why and how users actually use this app. Well, back to my regular beloved browser version I suppose.

3. 5/5The absolute BEST

   I love this app and what RA’s been able to do. Whenever I’m unable to get tickets for a show I can almost always find them here, and when my friends bail it’s so easy to instantly resell a ticket. Really takes the pressure and pain out of concert and party tickets. Not to mention their fees are always way less than other platforms. I also love their UI, super simple and clean. Highly recommend this app!

4. 4/5Reco for improvements

   I use this app very often as it’s really the only one of its kind - but with frequent use, there are some things I think should be implemented for a better UX. 1) Please save recent searches. I often find myself accidentally navigating out of a page that I want to easily go back to and recent searches would help that. 2) please let us type in locations like we can on the desktop version

5. 5/5Excellent mobile version of an excellent service

   Shows, venues, artist details, it's got everything you need. RA can scan your library (even what you don't have downloaded) and follow the artists who's music you have automatically. It will even schedule shows you want to go to in your calendar for you! Also, excellent visual aesthetics in the app. Would recommend to anyone into dance music.
