"body": "While it seems fun, there is no customer service interaction at all unless it’s AI and I didn’t get my refund because of that even though they wouldn’t let me in and I had an extremely terrible experience had to spend a bunch of money on an Uber alone while all my friends stayed because I wasn’t let in. The reason for this was because I was supposed to be disrespectful. My phone didn’t have Wi-Fi and therefore I couldn’t get tickets and so I got frustrated with my phone by the way not at the staff and they said I was being disrespectful and wouldn’t let me in, but let all of my friends in who I had paid for their tickets. I spent a lot of money and couldn’t get a refund and wasn’t actually disrespectful to the staff and had no issue with them until they told me that they weren’t gonna deal with me anymore. And there is literally zero contact information for them for customer service. I had a terrible experience and I had not even a little bit of fun there I was left on the side of the road crying trying to call an Uber, even though I didn’t have cell phone connection trying to get home because all of my other friends were inside. so they did leave me on the side of the road at two in the morning without a way to get home it was very sensitive and disrespectful and I didn’t feel safe and this might seem like a comment that is bias and maybe it is but for good reason so.",
