1. 1/5App needs major work

   They finally updated it. And it was working fine. But now I’m back to not being able to log in. Can’t continue as a guest as it makes me sign in anyway. Most recently, I cannot use this app anymore. I cannot log in without receiving an “oops other error received from server” message. Even if I continue as guest, I cannot order without logging in. So it’s basically a useless app. Before this issue, my gripe with the app is that not all food/drink items are on the app. For example. Can’t order a grilled cheese in advance, only in store, which is a major inconvenience for people who want to pick items up due to limited time.

2. 2/5So unstable!

   I have the same problem as HCMarks with the ‘oops’ message! It was better for a while, but it’s been awful again for the last few weeks. It’s so frustrating!!!! I know I have rewards, but I can’t see what they are!! Would also love to see two other improvements to the app: - allow storage/reload/payment with gift cards in the app - allow the customer to choose whether they want to redeem a reward at time of purchase; don’t automatically apply it (or at least let us choose if we want to save it for another time!)

3. 2/5Constant sign in issue.

   The app is fine for what I use it for. Mainly free coffee or a breakfast sandwich.. but it’s extremely frustrating when sign in fails. It always says wrong password and I need to reset it. Even when I allow the app to generate its own password and store it for future… guaranteed it’s going to say wrong password and I’ll have to reset it the next time I log in. I’m usually on the go when I stop by quick check… so it’s a major inconvenience. Would love to see this fixed

   App has the wrong phone number for the store, so, despite ordering for curbside pickup, I still had to go inside. I haven’t been inside any public building since March 13, but it was the only way to get my family’s order. And what good is curbside pickup if you can’t pay through the app and still have to interact with someone to either give them cash or let them handle your credit card? Not to mention, the total given to me on the app did not reflect the actual total, which included tax. I did not know that at the time, so I only brought the exact amount listed on my order into the store with me so I could just hand it over and go as quickly as possible. I had to go back out to my car to get the additional amount and come back into the store, exposing myself for an even longer amount of time. Every other food service business can figure this curb side, contactless pick up out. Why can’t Quick Chek?

   This app sets you up with false hope, making you think it'll make your quick check purchase more convenient, and contactless, but it does NOT deliver. For instance, (maybe this is just me) I have not been able to add their rewards card to my Apple wallet, and I've been searching for how to do so for about an hour so far. You aren't able to pay for your curbside pickup so it's NOT actually curbside because you'll HAVE to go in. Also, once you put in an order, you cannot cancel it from the app, you have to call and cancel it. Then it just hangs there to tell you what you had ordered. This app can be so much better, but it's just not being executed correctly. Don't sell on the idea of convenience and then don't deliver especially when that convenience could mean life/death for some customers.
