"body": "The app is decent but still needs some work on the user interface, bugs and crashes. I have some suggestions though: 1- Card management: allows the user to add a digital card to Apple Wallet, and scan the phone on the subway entrance instead of the physical card. 2- Widget: add a Qatar Rail widget on the iPhone to allow quick access to important information without opening the app (e.g., Card Balance) 3- Apple Watch App: allows the user to access information using the Apple Watch, and also scan the watch as a ticket on entrance.",

"body": "I Tried to top up for 100 QR from the app and the money got deducted from my card and also got successful transaction email from qatar Rail . It has been 2 days and still no updates from them Very Bad service . If the App has such Critical and Major Issues and Bug why Do you even roll out ????? Have they even tested the functionality ??",
