You only can use their scooter using the wallet and the lowest option is 150Qr when i was in qatar not only that you can’t use the scooter in many areas and I didn’t realize that until i paid the 150Qr minimum. Worst decision i make, they refuse to refund saying it’s a non-refundable amount. Stay clear of this app and its weird policies.

They are stealing money you need to add money before your ride then you cannot book a group ride , once you need a refund they claimed that the amount its not refundable such a rip off company.

1/5I lost my balance!
I charged 200 riyals and I used only 60 riyals of it. After a few months, I found my balance be zero. I submitted complaint but there is no answer.

The app requires a mobile phone number. Alas, the validity check for US phone numbers is incorrect. It complains about not providing a valid number.
