   I’ve been using purp for a few months and I really love it because I’ve made many friends and it fun to use, everything is perfect, but I wish there was like a list or something where you could see all the people you’ve swiped left/red on because something that’s happened to me many times is that whenever I’m like swiping and stuff, I find someone I want to be friends with or something but I accidentally swipe left on them and it’s hard for me to find them again or sometimes I can’t even find them anymore. I also wish there was like a search bar where you could search peoples names and it would show people with those names, you could do that with friends too but I wish you could do it with people that aren’t your friends. So if you did that it would make me really happy and I’m sure it would make other people happy too🙏

2. 1/5Has a banning problem with no explanation

   This app is an absolute disaster. After spending weeks using it, I was banned without warning or reason, and I’m not alone—many users are experiencing the same issue. There’s no customer support to speak of; I reached out multiple times and received no response, no explanation, and no chance to appeal the ban. It’s as if they pick random users to ban for no reason at all, and you’re left in the dark with no recourse. The moderation system is beyond broken. It seems completely automated or handled by people who have no interest in fairness or accountability. There’s no transparency in their processes, no clear guidelines, and the worst part is, this app treats loyal users with zero respect. You could be following the rules perfectly, and one day, you’re simply locked out with no explanation. I’ve seen many people reporting similar experiences on forums and reviews—this app is causing mass frustration. The developers clearly have no idea how to properly manage their platform, and Apple needs to seriously investigate this. It’s a shady and untrustworthy app that should not be allowed to stay on the App Store. Until they address these serious issues, I would advise anyone to stay far away from this app. It’s a complete waste of time and a huge source of frustration. Don’t fall into the trap, and Apple should take swift action to protect its users from this mess

3. 1/5Horrible App That Openly Accepts Offensive Behavior.

   I feel the need to write about a constant issue that keeps occurring in this app. It has been a common theme for people to say racist, sexual, harmful, and offensive comments especially in the Lofi Bar chat room specifically. These comments have made myself and so many other users feel extremely uncomfortable. I have been consistently targeted by multiple male users on the app for the color of my skin, sexual orientation, and more. If you really wish for your app to be safe for those of all communities, ages, etc.., there needs to be more strict guidelines and regulations that users must follow. I feel that your team has done a lousy job of taking care of these problems and on top of that, allowing people to be harassed on a daily basis. There is no action whatsoever that has been taken against any users that I have reported and blocked, which aggravates me. I demand respect for myself and other members striving to connect with others and that will not happen unless you create a more stern platform that is fun, but also respectful of everyone’s differences. Please don’t disregard this review, take it into consideration because due to this huge issue, you lost a user.

4. 4/5A few things could be added/changed

   The app is great so far and I think it has some wonderful features but I’d suggest a few things. You should add something to where you can watch an add to get 20 gems or so instead of having to wait a whole 24 hours to start swiping again. I’ve also seen that many people are unable to change their age when needed. Like if they made their account and had a birthday, they have to put it in their bio instead. You should also add something to where you can filter out wether you’re looking for a relationship or not so you don’t have to keep filtering through people who do. I know it’s a friend making app but teens occasionally use it for dating. It’d also be nice if we could narrow down location by state if we wanted to but only as an option incase someone didn’t want that information out there. Otherwise I believe the app is great and these are just some personal suggestions I think you should consider.

5. 3/5Not bad till I realized

   I’ve been using purp for a couple days until I realized most of the people on here are freaks. I can understand that you can block or unfollow a friend which is useful, but there’s still an issue. You can see how many other users have viewed your profile on the app, but you have to use a spotter to see the profile cause it’s hidden I was looking at it and you know it wasn’t bad a user viewed my profile 50 times and there was others that viewed less and more but then I saw somebody took screenshots of my profile,and I couldn’t see who it was because I didn’t have a spotter which I thought was stupid and made uncomfortable because I couldn’t figure out who was doing it so I couldn’t block or Unfollow. And another issue is the thing with the spotter you have to pay real money and it’s super expensive or wait 7 days to get one so I think you should make it to were you can buy them with gems. Overall not a terrible app tho just be safe
