   I was looking to find a cost effective option for trackers and subscription - this satisfies both. While I received a $20 per year discount (which is what I believe is roughly fair) for subscription, once you sign up you get a discount on the trackers - I chose the bag tracker for $35, so for less than $60 I have a viable workout plan for a year and beyond. Bag strap tracker (uses your iPhone) is accurate and workouts are easy to follow, what more could you ask for? Perfect for fitness and learning the great sport!

   PunchLab is an excellent app for boxing enthusiasts, offering interactive workouts and innovative punch-tracking features that make training both engaging and effective. The variety of sessions and coaching styles cater to different skill levels, helping users improve technique and endurance. However, I am deducting one star due to the lack of recent updates. It appears that the app hasn’t been updated in over five months, and the copyright information at the bottom of the App Store page still reads “PunchLab SRL 2023” . For a subscription fee of $18 per month, I expect more frequent updates, bug fixes, and new content to enhance the user experience. Regular maintenance and development are essential to justify the premium pricing. Overall, PunchLab is a solid training tool, but increased attention to updates and content would elevate it to a five-star experience.

3. 5/5App for Transformation

   Thanks to the PunchLab for making this app and making it affordable (especially compared to other boxing apps). I have been with the app for a while now, and have never regretted renewing my subscription. Since consistently rolling with these workouts for almost one and half years, I’ve lost over 60 pounds of fat, gained muscle mass, and am certainly more capable now of protecting my family. Thanks to the coaches, developers, and leaders in this community.

4. 5/5A great app for a specific audience.

   I originally submitted a one-star review, but quickly found out the secret ingredient to this app’s potential (and success so far): Its founder, and the service the team provides. They reached out, explained their roadmap for development, and we recognized that I’m simply not the audience for this. So who is? I’m not a boxer, I was looking for boxing-based cardio workouts. I’m not a pro, I needed some curation and guidance, not just training accountability. So no, this wasn’t the app for me, but it might very well be for you. If you’re a real or aspiring boxer, PunchLab will hold you accountable and mix up your training. If you’re used to working with a boxing trainer or coach in a gym, this replicates that at home nicely. If you’re looking to become a better boxer, this app can help. And if you like following good developers and smart people, who take big risks and try to do what’s right for their customers, this is a group worth following and supporting.

5. 5/5Waiting on the belt

   I really like what this app appears to offer. Seems easy to navigate. My only concern would be a confirmation of when and about how long the belt will take to arrive. Because this was my deciding factor to purchase this app, it’s very important that I know this info. I’m excited about getting started and hope this is the beginning of a great workout relationship. I will be back after it arrives to update my stars!!! UPDATE: I have received my punch strap and the app is AWESOME!!! Thanks to the team for reaching out and insuring that I was a happy customer. It is everything that I need it to be. THANKS PUNCHLAB!
