5/5AMAZING!!
I’ve gone the last ten years struggling to sleep more than an hour or 2 at a time then I’d be awake for several hours before getting another hour or two. I felt like I was going to lose my mind. I tried everything I could think of, everything I read, as well as everything people suggested I try. Nothing helped. I knew it was part of my pain disease that affects my sympathetic nervous system but I was so exhausted mentally and physically I could barely function. The first time I used this on the sleep setting I fell asleep and stayed asleep for 6 hours!! I started having dreams which I haven’t had in 10 years. It may sound strange but the first time I dreamt I almost cried. This device has been a life saver for me, not only has it helped my sleep but it helps my pain. I have a disease from a crush injury that the drs call the suicide disease. The pain is uncontrollable and there is no real treatments for this type of pain. Using the medication from my Dr along with Pulsetto has been a game changer for me. I’m able to be out of the bed and do more than I have in 10 years. Thank you for this device.

5/5Like so far, needs bigger font on app
So the app is quite easy to use and makes it simple to set up your device and everything else you need to do to start using your pulsetto! The only complaint I have, especially being farsighted, is that it was very difficult to read the descriptions that were popping up during my first session. What makes it more difficult is that the pulsetto was relaxing and vibrating, making my eyesight go crossed a bit or could just been the font was way too small & making feel that way too. I couldn't exactly go grab my glasses cause I'd have to stop the session completely. A pause button would also be nice in this scenario. So my opinion would be to enhance the size of the font and add a pause button during a session just in case someone needed to pause real quick to get something that way they didn't have to stop it completely. Thanks I'll maybe update as I use it more it was only my first session!

1/5Shameless Cash Grab
- the subscription offers no value. The cheaply made device cost several hundred dollars, and then you have to pay a subscription if you want to access different mode. Why do we allow companies to do this to us? And why do people leave good reviews when they’re being taken advantage of? Something that cost several hundred dollars should just work. You shouldn’t have to pay a monthly fee to get more functionality. - annoying ux - part 1: almost every time you open the app, your bombarded with an ad to subscribe. I don’t wanna subscribe stop annoying me! - annoying ux - part 2: if you don’t use the device for two or three days, you get annoying pop-up every time you open the app telling you that you haven’t been using the device. I know I’m not using the device. I don’t need you to tell me that. Can’t I just use a product that I bought without yourself serving messages interfering with me. that companies are so invasive… - I also blame consumers: I blame people who give this good ratings too. Companies take advantage of us, offer more charging, and less value. And everyone just thinks it. We live in a dystopia and only have ourselves to blame. - just another example of the dystopia. It bears repeating again.

3/5Device great App not so much.
The device app has a whole bunch of advertisements on it that are so not necessary. The device should be able to work without continuously charging my credit card for absolutely nothing. The app only provides access to a device that I already paid a fairly high price for. I checked into this before purchasing the device and it appeared that I could use the device without paying for the premium subscription. Now I see a charge listed and it says it was a confirmed “order” which it most certainly was not. I will endeavor to figure it out since I have seen many benefits from the device. This feels very much like a bait and switch though. Features are always changing and the “premium crown” indicator seems to switch mysteriously to the programs I use most often. The developers are obviously smart and have created a great product and now they need to get someone on their team who can fix their app. Apps are not that complicated. Take off all the adds for things that are not related and just make a solid app for this one thing.

5/5Brand new. Responsive company.
Somehow it took an extra long time, close to or just beyond the website’s stated “wait until this many days”, to get an order number. I had a subscription charge and no equipment which prompted me to do some digging. I found some “questionable” information and reached out directly to the company. They set it all straight. IMMEDIATELY. I mean like the day they got the correct purchase information from me they sent me an order number. Pretty stoked on the customer service aspect. They even followed up with the kindest email to direct my attention to the right spot. Then my package arrived. I’ve used the product once, so far. As I unpacked the box, everything seemed above board. I opened up the gel and got to pulsating. Took me a minute to find my pulse points, super slow heart beat. It all worked out and I’m ready for this journey!!
