"body": "The lack of effort while putting this together is most evident when every question has a hint button, but the hint just states the question it is not an actual hint it doesn’t help you learn how to answer the questions at all. It literally looks like they were just adding superficial features and put no effort into the effectiveness of this training tool. Also, why do I have to sidetracked my mind from studying to add in if I am confident, not confident or maybe confident. This has no real value and is way overpriced. I bought a journeyman prep course with practice test and it is just literally 500 questions. There’s no test and there’s no prep course. It’s literally just quizzes. That’s not what I paid for. I’m disgusted that some people are taking advantage of others trying to learn in this industry.",

"body": "Love the app so far. The information section at the bottom is helpful, however, it should be streamlined further. The chatgpt-style summary (in some cases obviously directly ripped from gpt) is very tiresome to read after going through hundreds of questions. There is no need for the explanation to be five long paragraphs. Copywriters, put yourself in the shoes of users — keep the essential message and make the content easier to scan by answer choice, after all, users are generally scanning to see where they went wrong. Another suggestion is to ensure the quiz is visible in its entirety on small desktop screens. Finally, there doesn’t appear to be a way to know from the data viz what percentage of a category you are succeeding in. Eg, green and yellow are all grouped in. Please add “[75%]”to the data viz. Data viz is still confusing to understand where you stand overall — and it doesn’t reflect that the test taker only needs 70% to pass.",

After some reflection, I decided to purchase my prep directly through PSI — and I love it! 🙌 Right away, I noticed some of the national questions and answers were different from what I learned with Aceable, which explains a lot. 😅 No wonder I was struggling! Feeling hopeful that PSI will finally help me cross that finish line and pass the state exam! 🏡✨",

"body": "This is insane. Trying to study for the cosmetology exam. 550 available questions and across 20+ sessions I am continually fed the same exact questions. You select “nails” every single question is regarding chemical services. For this to be the app provided by the actual testing company is insane and I honestly feel you should be sued! 😍 you’re company has taken a total of 200$ from me and your very own study app is preventing me from being able to study. I have exhausted all forms of troubleshooting and am still unable to test myself on anything further than the same 20 questions its continued to give me on a loop. Customer service is no help. If I don’t pass this test I will return with vengeance.",
