   This app helps me stay motivated and determined to stay focus. I am studying for my state board exam. The only thing I was concern about was the questions and the submit button on the bottom. There’s been a few times I accidentally hit the submit button instead of the next. It automatically saves onto your record. I would like to delete and start over. Overall it is a good app to study for the state board exam.

2. 2/5Great material but layout needs a little tinkering

   I’ve been using this a lot for helping with my small tests and preparing for my exams and it has helped, however I keep hitting the large submit button for the test instead of the tiny next button at the bottom of the page, even just scrolling down will sometimes make me click it by accident and while I can get over it it’s still inconvenient. Another thing would be when you answer a question and open the explanation it just restates the question and the answer, but it doesn’t actually explain it. Like thanks I could tell that there are thousands of different types of bacteria that fall into two primary types seeing as how that was the answer. Putting the same thing in the explanation does not help. Doing the tests helps when I can actually finish them fully and get sufficient explanations for answers so I understand it. Considering I paid for both the actually cosmetology book and the tests on the app it just seems sloppy.

3. 1/5Questions are great. Functionality? Not so much

   The app is great once you actually spend the 10 minutes it takes to log in every time you open the app and load the review and test questions. The functionality and engineering of it is the actual worst. If you are looking for an app to help you study for the state board test relatively fast and on-the-go then this isn’t it. Which, in my case, is the purpose for having the app at all. You also have to pay around $50 to actually have access the questions and practice tests. I feel like it’s a great app if you have the patience and are willing to spend the extra money, but honestly I know people who have passed their state board test with flying colors just by using the practice tests available on the PSI website. I honestly regret downloading and paying for it now that I know other options of equal or greater value are available.

   The website and app and both highly irritating. It’s excruciatingly laggy and slow. Regardless of how great your WiFi connection is. Logging in is also a hassle. You can click remember me every time you log in and it never will. When your on a mobile device you loose the ability to click through your chapter and have to manually click through the tabs until you get to where you need to be while waiting a total of 15-20 minutes because of how long it takes for each page to load. And that’s JUST the website. Let alone the app. It’s extraordinary how we’re are required as students in schools to use this horrendous program. THAT COMES OUT OF OUR TUITION. WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS. If I could get my money back and put it toward something that will work I would.

5. 3/5Love the content, the app is getting there!

   The material is great. I have no regrets about purchasing the material because I think it's really helping me prepare for my state exam. But the app is so frustrating. It logs you out too often. I was taking an exam and when I went to sublit my answers, it logged me out and didn't record my 99 QUESTION TEST 😅 Also when you log in there's so many steps to get to where you're going. I wish it would take me straight to my purchases. I do love how you can design your own tests with which chapters you'd like, how many questions, etc, but I see no way to delete or edit them once they are made. Also, I'm sure this will get better over time, but having more thorough explainations to wrong answers would be helpful. Giving the definition under the wrong answers would help learn about all four answer options under each question. I'd lvoe to see this app get better over time, it's so great so far! Please fix the issues with all the logging in and out first. I'm so sad I finallly finished and it didn't record my ansers, I can't see any results or progress.
